Ive been here a couple times and they never seem to know how to properly make the bread. This time I ordered to go and had a gift card as partial payment. My daughter ordered the Ft Worth Ribeye Medium... they cooked it rare, it was still mooing. They didn't give me ranch for my salad and the bread I paid extra for was completely raw in the middle. Also my daughter mac n cheese.... wheres the cheese? They put a little bit of cheese on top and the rest of the macaroni has nothing on it. To go order is a complete and utter joke. I had to go in and sit there, stand and wait for them to scan my giftcard on my phone because they had to get the manager to figure out how to use the texas roadhouse giftcard. So I got my food about 20-25 minutes after it should have originally been ready. read more

This location is always freezing cold, even our waitress was frozen. 6 of us have gone many times and they always want to seat us on the back wall where the air ducts blow constantly directly on you. Today there was only 4 of us and they took us to one of the booths on the back wall. We asked if we could be moved and the waitress was very sweet and said she would ask. She came back and said they didn't have any other tables to move us to, so we said we weren't going to stay. She said she would ask again, very sweet. A manager came over and was very rude and said wherever they moved us would be the same, which is untrue. We have been seated in other areas where it hasn't been directly blowing on you. Consequently we left. Very sad, we were looking forward to the ribs but we won't EVER be coming back to this location, terrible customer service! read more

Being from California, this was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse. Our expectations were low going in, I must admit, but we were pretty impressed with this restaurant! The inside of the restaurant feels similar to the decor of an Island's restaurant, only the surf and Island theme has been replaced by NASCAR and beef. Our waitress, Sam did a great job of answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction. On the menu. We got the fried onion appetizer (that I'm familiar with from Outback Steakhouse) and it hit the spot. I got the Smokehouse Burger medium rare and it actually came out medium rare! My daughter got got the large sirloin steak ordered charred rare (Pittsburgh/black and blue) and they nailed it! They did put some kind of a sauce on top of the steak, however, that made it really salty. Really salty. My daughter wound up scraping all the sauce off the steak, but she enjoyed it after that. I was not expecting quality of that sirloin steak to be as good as it was at this sort of chain establishment. My wife had a steak salad with blue cheese dressing and I've never enjoyed a steak salad as much as I did that one! You're really impressed with the food all around. Our table had a little screen with games and trivia on it and as soon as my wife pushed a button on the screen, my daughter's jumped to warn her that it would charge her money so she put it down. Sure enough, when our check arrived, there was $1.99 charge on our bill. I explained it to the manager, Maddie, and she promptly took it off of our bill. I had such an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively. What really made the night special, though, was being greeted by a red-headed girl named Kiara. She was so sweet, joyful, and genuinely kind. Her energy instantly made me feel comfortable and excited to be there. Kiara went above and beyond to make sure everything started off perfectly, and her positive attitude truly set the tone for the entire visit. I have stopped at 105 Texas Roadhouse's in 39 states and after tonight (5-1-24)I have found the one with the absolute best server . . Caleb was one of the best if not the best server I have ever had at any establishment . Hands down the best server out of all Texas Roadhouse I have been to . Not one time was there an issue with anything service wise or food . Drink cups were never empty and the personability was thru the roof amazing . Pork chops were cooked to perfection with the added extra peppercorn sauce , The steak was the perfect shade of red for medium rare , very tender and so flavorful . Went with my husband, Grands, and Daughter. Got on waiting list and was seated in 35 minutes. The Blooming Onion was great as well those rolls and cinnamon honey butter! My husband got the Road Kill and enjoyed. My daughter got the 1/2 rack ribs. They were dry with a "porky" flavor. One Grand ordered her steak medium well and it was more medium. My daughter's sautéed mushrooms looked like blackened mushrooms. She said they weren't good. My loaded baked potato was delicious (I knew I couldn't eat an entree after all the other stuff). I worked in the kitchen and it is one of the most unsanitary kitchen I've been in all they care about is ticket time not the quality of your food they can careless about cooking to perfection Also the extreme waits getting backed up witch causes the kitchen to be as well so if you do sit probably won't be served for 40 min Also don't work here there's about 10 people in the kitchen every shift with 4 managers that oversee everything and they tend to be the worse ones lazy as heck when it comes to acutely helping out the cooks read more

Planned for a special dinner for two at our local Texas Roadhouse. Called for call ahead seating & sat on hold for over 3 minutes before hanging up. Headed out for the 30 minute drive & attempted calling at least 5 more times with no answer. When we arrived the hostess gave me some story about their phones " don't always work with some carriers ". The aggravation really ruined our special night out. I signed up for waitlist on a Saturday knowing it's busy . I received a message to come in. When I got inside the hostess was like you where not called and you have a forty min wait. My party was upset and didn't want to wait so we left. This is ver upsetting I always use waitlist and have never had this problem before. We love to visit Texas Roadhouse because you can get great food at a price that won't break the bank. I had the filet with sweet potato and garden salad with ranch dressing. My wife had sirloin, baked potato and salad with ranch dressing. The rolls were hot and fresh, steaks cooked perfectly and great tasting dressing. Our server Crissey, took great care of us and even remembered that we drink unsweetened tea, which is unusual in the South. She was prompt and very thoughtful. Went there with a few friends for an early supper and to talk. Went between 2 and 3 on 8/16/25. Food was good but not the best but pretty much what we expected. My problem is that while my guests and myself were trying to talk suddenly the music got unbelievably loud the waitress is at our table and she's only basically a foot or a little more away from me. Closer than my guests across the table. I said to the waitress that's way too loud and she couldn't hear me so I spoke even louder telling her it's way too loud. She says they're getting ready to line dance and as soon as they finish it'll be turned back down. Good thing I was entertaining guests or I would have pushed my food aside and walked out. I didn't realize that I went to a nightclub instead of a restaurant. Great service but I've been 2 times and...my steak wasn't cooked right the waitress was great and replaced it the two times I've been there but really. I always order medium rare but comes to me overcooked so the replacement comes back rare so should I just order rare and cut my losses ? I followed the menu so really not sure. Our server, Haley, was great. Very attentive and prompt. The food tasted really great. My wife got the chicken and portabello mushroom plate with rice and green beans. It was wonderful. I ordered an 8oz filet. The quality of the meat was good and the flavor was really good but it took four times to get it the temp right. They possibly have a beginner on the grill who doesn't understand how to feel a steak for the proper cook yet. The manager discounted our meal because of the inconvenience so, all was well. my friend and her husband went here and got food poisoning right there in their seats. One minute enjoying their dinner and the next heaving white as a sheet over the toilet. And then they were told they were liars and food poisoning takes 24 hours. A quick google search will prove that very wrong. The staff here needs a change if they think accusing paying customers of lying while they're physically ill, is a good idea. Be careful eating here, they obviously don't care if they make you sick. read more

This is our second visit since this location opened. This second visit was a takeout order. The first visit was terrible, but they had just opened. So, we are giving this location a second chance. We placed an order for 2 people which totaled $71.95 after tip. We had 3 major issues that should have been prevented if takeout orders had a quality assurance last check. Here are the 3 issues we experienced once we got home. 1. One order was missing an order of Whole Kernel Corn. 2. The second order was missing the Caesar Salad Dressing for the salad that was ordered, received with an extra charge. Inexcusable!!! 3. The second order was Steak Medallions, requesting no onions, yet the steak we received was smothered with onions, discovered once we got home (30 miles away). I am sorry, but when you order 2 meals for over $71.00 you expect a level of service that values the takeout customer. Okay first off, I walked in, Maddie a dark haired girl with braces and a girl named kiara with blonde hair were on their phones making tiktoks and on snapchat and were on them basically the whole tim, so I would ask if you would speak to them and tell them to get off of their phones when at work because its direspectful in the food industry to customers. I truly enjoy going to this location. For a mid level chain steakhouse they seem to have it down. The staff is always friendly attentive and helpful. I order my filet medallions Pittsburg style and that's exactly how I get them consistently.
