Went to this location with some friends for some wings, drinks, and a good time. The food was great, and the drinks are pretty solid. Our server, Gaianna, was amazing, very attentive, and provided the best service to our meals. However, we noticed the host with bleached hair and a neck tattoo off to the side, with their phone out taking flash photos of my friends and I. ONE STAR!! I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with a party of 11, and it felt like we were being served plates straight from the freezer, cold, forgotten, and completely ignored. It took forever for a waiter to even come over and acknowledge us. Orders were all wrong, some people never got served, and the few who did got cold food. The server wasn't writing anything down and was clearly just trying to remember everything in her head, which was a total disaster. This is a review for taking out. I ordered their bundle menu (20 wings, 30 chicken tenders, vegetables and fries) and also one extra french fries for lunch. Ordering online was very easy to follow. I drove to the restaurant to arrive on time as the confirmation email stated expected time. And yes it was ready by the time I got there. Everything went so smooth and I was happy for that. This was the best visit to a long day. My wife and I originally went to Walmart to return something but after waiting on a long line we decided we wanted a bite to eat. I'll start with what went well. Our server was friendly & attentive. The food was good. It was on a weekday afternoon & pretty empty. Outside, the smell was awful. Maybe it was the mulch. Ok so I had to give them 2 stars becuase of our initial experience with the hostess We walked in the restaurant and gave our name to the hostess, she informed me that there will be a few Minutes wait becuase they have to set the table, then she proceeded to sit maybe 3 groups the arrived after me and I was still left there sitting and waiting, so I approached her and kindly suggested that she make a list to make it easier, she said she didn't need one. But then proceeded to sit 2 more groups before me, I approached her the 2nd time and she said "oh yeah, I'll be sitting you shortly" she then sat me and my son at a table near the corner where we waited about 20 minutes, we had to then flag down a server asking who our server was, she informed me that we were Sitting in an area where the server was about to leave.. This experience was beyond bad.. so I told them that I will be posting a review on Yelp... the new server was kind and she stepped up and took our orders. It was really good the only complaint I have is that the food wasn't hot and there was a new lemon pepper sauce that wasn't the dry seasoning. So I was under the assumption that it was the wet sauce nope not at. It was fried wings with a hint of lemon pepper and I was little upset the the chicken street tacos was not as hot or moist as usual. But for the most part the food was good and I've ordered from here before and will probably order from here again. One more thing there's a difference when your ordering from DoorDash vs on the Buffalo Wild Wings website. On DoorDash you get the 20 piece traditional wings with no side. But you get 4 choices of flavors on your wings. On Buffalo Wild Wings you get 20 piece traditional with Fries but with only 2 choices of Flavors. Can you give ZERO stars?? I would for this location Buffalo Wild Wings. First time we went, we ordered a large traditional. Food took OVER AN HOUR on a Tuesday 6pm when there were barely any customers anyways. Whats up with that?? When we tried to get the bartender's attention (the long hair tall guy) he completely ignored us and pretended not to hear us until we basically were at a yell. We explained the situation and he looked dumbfounded at first, then argued that we did not order a large and ordered a medium. Little did he know not only was the size wrong, the flavors were wrong! Instead of accept responsibility politely and get us what we ordered, we were argued with. We then asked to speak with the manager because the bartenders at this point decided to be extremely aggressive in tone and mannerisms / treatment. The manager never came. Luckily I spotted the apparent manager (bald short guy with beard and usually wears a buttondown with the entire buttons open where you can almost see his nipples) and pulled him over to address the issue. I knew he was the manager. I asked as courtesy "are you the manager?" His reply was "I might be why?" ......... well either you are or you arent and if you are (which we knew you are!) then you help the people with a smile and say yes I am the manager what can I help you with? He heard the problem, offered no solution other than a free beer to each of us (which we declined because we will not be bought off and appeased with a beer over this treatment from the bartenders). We paid and left. This was on 6/18/2019. Part 2: We decided to try this restaurant again to see if there would be a change in service on 6/31/19. I ordered off the app a small traditional (I ordered from the app because these are the kind of food service workers who WILL spit in your food just for standing up for yourself and making sure you are treated respectfully. Ordered at 6:40. Time said ready at 7:20. Food did not come out for takeout until 7:40PM. Are you serious?? 5 others were equally frustrated that their food was not ready by the guaranteed time. No consolation offered for the waste of time and life and energy. They are rude when you say "hey excuse me whats going on?" They do not want to help. Lastly, we sat at the bar with the to-go order. We finished the order and wanted another. The bartender, long hair guy, keeps his head completely down and does not WANT to help ANYONE and pretends he is deaf / mute so as to avoid responsibility. Since bartender was too focused on ignoring customers and being standoffish, we asked a server who was behind the counter if she could help us to put in the order or even get the bartenders attention to which she snapped at us "hes right here you can get him yourself" and snapped this at us without even looking at us just continuing to aggressively make some other customers drink. I loudly said to my friend how disrespectful her tone and treatment and mannerisms were and that she should treat people the way she wants to be treated. (Maybe she likes to treat people like garbage and in this case she is doing a great job). My friend laughed in response to what I said and the girl then came over and said "keep laughing, we'll see what happens." Mind you, this is an employee of the restaurant making direct threats to customers. She threatened us and while we should have called the police, we decided to merely report this incident to management and spare her the embarrassment of being escorted out of the establishment in handcuffs. FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM STARTING WITH THE MANAGER, THEN THE BARTENDERS, THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS AN OVERHAUL BIGTIME. If you like BWW, go to Oceanside location where they will actually smile at you when you sit at the bar and bring over menus within 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes and pleading with the bartender to get a menu. Atmosphere (except for the floors because of humidity levels making it almost impossible to walk) was nice. Wings not so much. I was taken aback when the hostess kept saying "watch your step watch your step" as I walked in. I hadn't noticed warming signs on the doors until I was LEAVING. I then went to the bar to enjoy a Long Island ice tea.. and the bartender recommended a blue ice tea to me which apparently has more kick too it. I enjoyed it very much.
