This was the clean and inviting laundromat. Very easy to use credit cards for washers & dryers! There was a bathroom available for customers. Plenty of stainless steel tables to fold clothes on. This is the best place in the area that I could find on Yelp. It's very clean and most of the customers are good about cleaning up after themselves. The prices are a bit expensive. The machines are really nice though so the higher price is worth it. Despite the "security" cameras there was one obviously homeless person charging all his devices in just about every available outlet, which was strange. The easiest way to fix that is to turn off the outlets and word will get around with the homeless population that this isn't a safe haven to hang out. read more

I showed up thinking this place closes at 10.. I drove 20 minutes to show up to an empty laundromat At 8:40. I started loading my clothes in the washer and went to put the coins in and they were off. Obviously I was in a hurry and didn't read the signs on top of the washers stating the obvious, maybe, If they have that important information in their "business details" I would have been more prepared and not wasted a trip here. read more

Great laundromat. There was a variety of sizes of machines and the whole place was very clean. Also, you can use the PayRange app to pay for your machines, instead of having to get a bunch of quarters. The female employee who was there was fantastic. She was very pleasant, friendly, helpful & kind and she was continually cleaning the whole time we were there. She never stopped. We will definitely use this facility again. The owner/manager or this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. What business asks for a selfie in order to get a code to use the restroom...even after I followed the instructions, I never received a code. I mean it's a laundromat. I also dropped an item of clothing behind the washer and when I tried to get on top of the machine to reach, I was yelled at over an intercom. "Yes, I know all 100 lbs of me will break your machine, sir." The manager was NOT helpful and continued to speak rudely to me through the intercom, w/ no assistance. I never go to the laundry mat but my machine quit working so I went to 5 star because it's close to my house. The facility has nice big washers and I was impressed with the dryers as well. I had 5 loads to do and it didn't take as long as I expected. I did have a problem with 1 washer that wouldn't accept the last .75 and moved my load to another washer. I texted the number on the wall. I wasn't sure if I would get help in time. I was pleasantly surprised that I had everything resolved before I left by phone. I was reimbursed the next day. I will return back if I need to . Being a business owner myself, I feel that they take their business seriously and take care of their customers. If you do run into an issue, call them before you move to another machine . Chances are you will be helped quickly. read more

This place is usually very clean, and the laundromat seems to be very new compared to the other laundromats in the area. Lost of signage stating to wear face masks on the facade, however when I was in today there were 2 gentlemen who were not wearing any face coverings and coughing all over the place. This laundromat used to be a disaster area, but I had to wash the comforter, so I bit the bullet and went. Boy, did I get a surprise. The place was clean! Really clean! And nice looking! The machines looked new! And they were all working! There were lots of baskets! And, to top it off, the new owner was there, happy to help. If you're anywhere in this area, go to this laundry. Honestly I don't know what everyone's problem is with this laundromat. I thought it was wonderful! I was worried to bring my white comforter here to wash it because of the reviews... But my comforter is super clean now, and has absolutely no staining or damage! The washers and dryers were super clean, and well maintained. The kids area could be a little upgraded, and maybe the toys cleaned and sanitized more often. But other than that I thought it was super clean and nice! I went to 1 Stop Laundry in port orchard before this place and it was disgusting. This place is fantastic by comparison. This will definitely be my go to place when I need to wash my comforter. read more

This business is ok except when it comes to discriminating against the disabled. I have a service dog that comes with me for my disability. This laundry facility refused to allow him to be with me while I was doing my laundry. They will have you removed by the police if you try to stay to finish your laundry. I was spending over 200 dollars a month there. I hope anyone who cares about the disabled will boycott this place of business. Please help me stand up for our rights. read more

I have used this laundromat in the past and never new how good it was! I had to use a different laundromat last week and all of can say is yuck and gross and expensive. I will drive out of my way to continue using 5 star, it is clean, the machines are clean and well maintained. I will not ever take for granted my options when it comes to a laundromat. This place is nice and clean no one to help, but all the washing machine work, and the dyers are fast.

We have laundered large items here numerous times and the place is reasonably clean, safe, and machines well maintained. However, our recent experience is our last. I have need of a service animal (9 lb dog trained to alert and aid me during a health issue). She stays in a small carrier within a few feet until she alerts me of impending problem. Attendant saw the carrier and freaked out, stating dogs are not allowed in here, saying her own dog was in her car. When I pointed out that my dog is a service animal, she said the sign on the door said no service dogs. It did NOT! When I reasonably pointed out service dogs are exempt, she repeated that her dog was in her car. My husband and I stood outside while our laundry finished. She followed us outside to pursue the matter. That was when we suggested she simply leave us alone while we waited outside until we could retrieve our laundry and leave. A service dog is not her mutt in her car. My service dog alerts me when I am approaching a medical crisis. She goes into stores, dr's office, restaurants, hotels, on airplanes. If someone needs a service animal for their well being, it is allowed in all public places, even a laundromat. That's the law. Trish. read more

These washers ruined my clothing. There were colored spots all over from the dirty washer. When I called the owner they said there is nothing that they will do and we are SOL. These are Under Armor clothes. This was our first time ever using a laundromat and we only went because our things haven't arrived from Florida. The kids play area is a joke! This place is filthy. There was one lady who was VERY clearly on drugs that was taking a shower in the sink of the restroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! read more
