I brought it to their attention. The man assured me that it was mine . Of course I addressed that it was a different color and it looked dirty . He said that I brought it in dirty . Well of course it needed to be cleaned but what was once white is now a dingy color. I pulled it out of the bag and also noticed multiple brown stains on it and also a smaller black stain . He got extremely upset ??? Why idk . I told him that I had paid a lot of money for this and his response was . This is not expensive , it is from Costco, I clean these daily . Well that was rude ! What might be expensive to me obviously was not to him . I was took back by the yelling and that I needed to just deal with it . At that point I did not see any reason to continue to argue with someone that I was not getting through to. Unfortunately I will be buying a new down comforter. Absolutely would not recommend. Also the bag they brought it to me in had debris all over it , like leaves and fir needles . Like it was just sitting on a dirty floor . Very frustrating!

I tried on each jacket and the woman who helped me was so patient and asked me questions to ensure I'm getting what I want. My apartment has awfully maintained washers and dryers, so I do my wash & dry here all at once, three small washers at $3.50 each is cheaper and more convenient than one load at a time at home for roughly the same price.
