Our company stored over 1500 files at Iron Mountain. They will not allow us access to these files…read moreunless we pay them over $100,000.00 to scan them for digital access or to just PICK THEM UP. Their customer service is terrible; each response takes several days. When they do respond to you, they will send you filler emails with no solutions, and many errors you will have to point out and fix. They hide behind fake incompetence to defraud you and not respond to your emails for help. DO NOT use for your business.

They delivered 2 bins rather than 1 (which of course they charge us for both, even though we said all along we only wanted 1). They refused to take the 2nd bin away even though my colleague was there when they delivered them, saying we needed to call Iron Mountain to arrange a pick-up for the second bin (again, even though the people delivering the bins were RIGHT THERE). This was several months ago and we still have not been able to get them to come pick up our 2nd bin. Then, they have continued to show up unannounced to pick up our shredding materials. Due to HIPAA, any confidential patient materials must be behind 2 locks. So of course we do not have our shredding bin in a public spot that they would be able to access. Each time they arrive at our office unannounced and we are not immediately available to let them in (or even aware that they are there), we get charged $75 for a missed attempt!! It's so maddening. We are psychologists so we are with clients when they arrive. We aren't just sitting around waiting for Iron Mountain to show up unexpectedly. And then whenever we try to contact customer service to resolve any of these issues, no one has any record that we've called before, we get assigned a new case number, and nothing ever changes. Now we have been trying to cancel the service entirely for several weeks. They keep saying they will come to pick up the bins, give us a date 2 weeks out, and then they don't arrive. Meanwhile they continue to stop by to pick up our shredding (and no doubt to charge us additional money). This company is a total scam!! I hope this review can save someone else the trouble of working with them.

GoEBITS was able to see me that same day, conduct a quick diagnosis, and do the repair all in their own shop - no need to send out to an outside repair center. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative. My repair was complete within the week - which was much appreciated since I depend so much on my Mac. Spoke with Jason who was super helpful listen to my issue and offered to look at my laptop right away without the rush / "express fee" which is non-refundable totally understandable. I dropped of my laptop with them and went across the street into Geeksqaud at Northgate Mall to see if i can buy a cheap laptop to get my work done. i looked at couple of laptops but decided to hold off buying one, don't know why. but I'm glad i did because 2 hours later i recived a call from Jason updating me on the status. He told me that they had the correct screen in-stock which was ordered for another customer with whom he had confirm if the customer would be willing to wait for their screen. which was really nice of them. Jason gave me a verbal estimate and i confirmed it over the phone, he also sent me an email what we just went over, which was really nice to have things in writing.
