It worked so well, that I had him return and add the front yard rain gutter down spouts to the system. This required cutting the concrete sidewalk and driveway. After his crew installed the drain pipe Tony had a concrete finisher replace the removed walkway and drive way section. This was also done in one day. Residence is in Chesapeake; Greenbrier Area. After a walk-through, Tony provided a quote for ~$2,500 or $2,300 as a cash discount. I opted for the cash discount since ODS was unable to take CC payment. Upon completion of the work, I met with Tristian (Employee) for a walk-through and notice that Tony did not install drainage piping along the entire length of the fence as discussed. I called Tony and everything went south. Tony attempted to convince me that I (customer) did not need what I initially ask and was quoted for in the beginning. Tony began to accuse me of screwing him over. I explained that I was willing to pay half and the remaining balance following the completion the next day. Tony continued to lobby for more money to pay his team - I agreed to pay ~$2K and remaining balance the next day upon completion but only with a paid invoice noting the terms of completion. Tony sent via email and I paid Tristian in cash. Tristian left, I sent Tony a text and video as proof of payment. Here where it gets nasty. I called him to confirm receipt of the text. Tony cussed me out, threaten to sue, called me a completely inappropriate word, hung up and blocked me. Then, he text me to reiterate it. Text msg attached. Take away here - be careful of doing business with guy in particular! Over to you to determine the validity here. But this review is completely warranted as well as court proceeding that will follow.
