Update to my update - The crew came out to address the issue. However, the frustrating part is that the crew showed up with very little advance notice at a time that I was not home. I immediately texted to advise that we were not home and ask if the crew could come out at a different time. The crew showed up anyway. Not sure how they were able to find the problematic areas, but it appears they did. Osmany is a pleasant person to deal with, but communication needs to be better. read more

We're homeowners in Pinecrest doing a large scale renovation. We had come to the point where gutters were of priority. We also needed a solution to the scuppers which handle water flow. These elements are part of the design in the front and back of the house....they needed special attention/detail. I made several calls to Miami Gutter companies of which I had at least four (4) out to the property...a couple of others were pretty rude on the phone. Ozmany was one of the those we spoke to and met initially, he has a terrific demeanor and left without a commitment from us at that time. He immediately followed up with a quote which was very competitive and detailed. Several weeks went by and I called him back up...he came right out the next day with the same willingness to talk through the project. I hired him that day and felt as if he had our best interests in mind and would complete the work to our satisfaction. We could not be happier...the work was superb, his crew were friendly, super capable and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Additionally, he took the time to create solutions to the areas of concern/scuppers and did not rush the process. In the end, the project added 110% to the visual and provided the best solution/practices for water flow. If there is another company in Miami out there as capable and performance oriented as Ozmany and Green Solutions, I did not find them in a very intense search for the right outcome. After interviewing several companies and getting estimates, I hired Green Solution Gutters and have never looked back. The owner (Osmany) promptly returned my call and made arrangements to come out at a time convenient to my schedule. After examining the property he explained to me what his placement suggestions were. There were several "extras" I was interested in and although he could have easily included them, he was forthcoming enough to explain reasons why most of those extras were unnecessary however always giving me the option to provide them if desired. The job was completed quickly, professionally and efficiently. He pointed out areas I had overlooked and came back to check the completed job. I had my doubts about it, so they agreed to come back out a second and third time to meet with my architect and me to assure us their idea would work. They got the work done promptly at what I thought was a very fair price. I contacted Green Solution Rain Gutter after reading the positive reviews on Yelp already, so it had to be a positive experience. Fortunately, it was. They are very professional and responsive to requests for information and quotes and will come out to take measurements and discuss options with you at your convenience. Their pricing is also very fair, and their materials are good, durable, and well built and installed to fit the color the customer requests from a variety of choices available. I am waiting for it to rain now to make sure, but installation was very professional, organized, clean, and quick as well, so I am confident my new gutters will work great. RELIABLE. FAST. PUNCTUAL. EFFICIENT. CONSIDERATE. All describe Osmany and his company. I called Osmany late afternoon Thursday for a quote to clean my gutters. He was at my house in 45 mins and provided me with a reasonable quote shortly after. We setup an appointment for Tuesday and I explained how important it was he arrive at 8am since I need to get my son to camp. Tuesday morning Osmany arrived early and I was out of my house with my gutters cleaned perfectly by 8am. He even took the time to show me all the debris he had removed.
