A closet door fell on me, I got stabbed by a nail coming out of a hole in a wall, the flooring came up under my foot with fresh glue, the refrigerator had a dead bug and was dirty.... walls dirty, holes in doors, unfinished everything. I do not feel safe here and if a manager would present a unit in this order, its safe to say I should watch my back because she has no regard for me, my child or my pets. When I asked for the number to corporate, the manager told me to Google it and went in her office. I called over twenty times and only got a call back when I told them I was calling the City of Yuma, Dept of Housing and the AGs office. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The manager also tried to gaslight me and blame me for her not being good at her job and prepared after having two additional weeks to get this "corporate unit" together. She never once apologized and did not look at me or speak to me the day of move in, yesterday. And I know why. She was dead wrong and I feel it was purposely done. I feel violated!

I moved to Yuma from Pennsylvania and was signing a lease for an apartment unseen. Courtney in the front office was amazing and made sure to stay in contact with me. The apartments are in great shape, especially when you compare them to your other options in Yuma. I could not believe how quiet the apartments are. During my second year, my next door neighbor had a baby. I'm sure that baby cried and got fussy but I never heard a thing! With any apartment there can be hiccups. In my case there was an issue with an overly friendly maintenance man. I reported it to the office and got a call back 10 minutes later from the apartment management assuring me it had been handled and it was. I'm only disappointed I couldn't take my apartment with me as my expectations of apartment life are now so high!

Unbelievably awful. It's hard to know where to start. We counted over 30 cockroaches within 24…read morehours of moving in. There were dead ones in the kitchen cupboards. Initially the office staff would not believe us until we had someone come in and show the roaches crawling all over the walls. They tried to exterminate, but we were never roach free. We kept all of our food in the fridge. Parking was another major issue. There are assigned spaces and the office records your vehicle information. One night it was dark and I parked one space over. 2 days later I discover my car was towed from the lot. Management claimed that despite having my car's make/model/license #, my apartment number, AND my phone number on file, they were unable to identify the car and towed it. They attributed this to not having a computer database for it. The towing company felt bad enough about the situation that they gave me a discount. 5 stars for them. Overall the apartment was dingy. The carpet was old and beige, doors and furniture had dents, gashes etc. The bathroom sink had so much rust that management agreed to replace it. We moved out in less than two months because it was extremely uncomfortable and management was not responsive to fixing many issues.
