Anne was a godsend. A few hours after she left we all (puppy and people) slept through the night with only one potty break! Anne gives great advice that is easy to follow - at the end of the day puppy training is about training the owners not the pup! She is super calm and very knowledgeable. All of the dogs have a play area and we were told our dogs played all the time! both of our dogs stayed in the same kennel (crate) for rest time and at night.
