I paid extra for the mats, the seats, the in-between details--and somehow it's still dirty inside and out. That's not "missed a spot," that's complete lack of care. If I'm paying premium prices, I expect premium results. This wasn't even basic. I could've done a better job myself in my own driveway! Super convenient way to get car cleaned. Lots of friendly employees and lots of options from simple drive through to hand dry, etc. prices were reasonable and service was quick. We opted for the drive through. Please keep in mind that you should t expect every single fleck of dirt and debris to disappear when doing the express drive through. It was $22 and well with it. It got the truck super clean!!! Well worth the money and super reasonable price for saving our own water and time trying to scrub and clean. There's a super nice employee to guide you into the tunnel of suds. Pop it in neutral and then voila - done! Well worth it! It's a great location where you can get in and out easily. This place is a scam. I would avoid getting your vehicle washed here. I payed for the top package which cost me $60.00. The vehicle was properly cleaned interior or exterior. When I advised Ethan of the issues and pointed out he responded in nonchalant manner which is very disappointing and disturbing. There was spots and stains that weren't properly addressed. I was confused how quick they told me my vehicle was ready assuming because brand new vehicle. Attention to detail and customer service is very important in this industry especially when I'm paying $60.00 for service. Been a customer since they opened. I'm done and will be switching to another car wash. I only have the unlimited drive through plan, which has increased 75% in price since I originally started. I have complained a couple of times about their machine not washing the rear tailgate of my truck a few times over the years. Nothing has changed. The wash also leaves areas on my truck with soap suds. I ended up bringing my own chamois to dry and remove the uncleaned area and soap residue myself. I was once told by a team member there that I could not use their lot to chamois my truck off after a wash. The team member did tell me that a regional supervisor was there and it was them that told him to tell me that. Well, judge for yourself. Take a look at the pic. This is normal. read more

After the price was jacked up, almost double for the membership for unlimited exterior interior cleaning. The service went Downhill. The kids that work for them Don't even wash the interior windows when i complained about this 3 to 4 times the manager's name is Paul. He had then complained to his higher up. Who now has decided to cancel my membership without me requesting it. I think that's great because now it opens them up to being sued for fraud and theft. I spent an additional 10 minutes cleaning my car afterwards AND I discovered that my designer sunglasses were missing afterwards. My sunglasses were in my door prior to my wash. Spent over $50 today at the hoagie Drive auto Bell car wash, they did a horrible job did not wipe anything down. The inside of my car was filthy when I got home there was about eight kids working today. Two of them worked on my car, I don't know what they did, but they didn't wipe anything down. I've been there two times. Both times the drive thru wash was fine but the interior vacuum/wash was non-existent. The kids they have working there do nothing, no vaccum under mats, no wiping down of matts, nothing. Not that great really. They advertise you're in and out in fifteen minutes. We'd be more impressed and happy if the focus was on being thorough and not fast. The outside is usually good but the inside is not. They miss lots of dirt and leave it streaked. They're new. They'll get better I'm sure. Update-they are no longer new. And they still suck. Teenyboppers won't get off their phone long enough to pay attention to work and there's no supervision. Kid told me my interior was faded and that's why it's still dirty. My truck is 6 months old. I paid for the super polyprocess, the windows barely were wiped, there are dirty water marks on the passenger side. They forgot to do the trunk of my jeep after I asked if they could (that is completely empty) due to sand in the back. I get home and noticed they forgot to do tire gloss on the driver side wheel. They never asked if I wanted a fragrance in my vehicle either. Just disappointed that I paid $35 for that. read more

Washed my pickup with the window down. Asked them to stop, they did, after it was already soapy on the inside. The manager went over and opened the drivers door, looked inside, closed the door and started the wash cycle again. Problem was, the passenger window was not put by the attendant prior to washing! Then proceeded to send my vehicle through the entire wash with the window down. Of course, I was LIVID. After trying to get them to stop throughout the wash cycle they DID NOT STOP. On top of that, I was told by the manager that "we don't give refunds". Seats, doors, $200 bass speaker, dash, $300 Stero all soaked and not even a "sorry about that". Had to call in another manager to receive a refund. And had the balls to offer some coupons. Pathetic. It is sitting in the driveway with doors open still drying out 3hrs later. Thanks alot. Do not get your car washed or serviced here. They damaged my BMW, and refused to make things right. The kid damaged my vehicle and lied about it. I felt uncomfortable that the kid even was touching my glove box. It was clear he had no business touching it. The store manager, Steve, was not properly trained in handling claims. He was extremely unprofessional, and late to our meeting. Oh by the way, did I mention that services I paid for was poorly done. Mats were not cleaned or even wiped. I will not go back again until i hear this place improves. I purchased the top package and COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. You must watch the detail employees they do not do their job. The guy I had used the 2 cloths to wipe the outside as well as the inside. I had to tell him to use glass cleaner on the inside. Also, clean the 3rd row glass on the inside. When I pulled in I asked to make sure to get the bugs off the front. The employee who dried the car said he did. I asked a second time if he did and he ensured me he did. HE TOTALLY TOLD ME A FALSEHOOD. I found another employee who did correct the problem. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DO NOT USE GLASS CLEANER, SAME WIPE CLOTHES INSIDE AND OUT AND MISREPRESENTS WORK SUPPOSEDLY PERFORMED. Use Station in Leesburg and get a perfect job for the same money. So I come in with a full service card and expect to have my interior cleaned completely. I was wrong, I waited in the building for 10 minutes not even and they had come back in and told me my car was ready. I go out and look at it and it is no different at all except for the fact that the carpet was vacuumed....poorly. Take pride in your work..your job was to do what you hadn't even touched in my car. I have been to Auto Bell a couple of times and this last time was horrible. The first was ok, not great, but yesterday was ridiculous. I paid 30.00 and they spent maybe 7 min total, and it was half done at best. One kid appeared to be working fairly well and the other two were looking at a cell phone. The dash was wet when I got in and the other half was not done at all. You don't get what you pay for, or even half of what you pay for, it's ridiculous. Very expensive for what you get. $20 for outside wash and vacuum. Outside was spotty, the hand dry after is more to cover the spots. Not ran efficiently. My car had a dial gear selector so I had to sit in it while it went through the wash and then they would vacuum after. Come out and they point you to a spot for vac. A few kids wander around but nobody spoke to me or told me what to do. Finally some kid came up and told me to go inside and wait with the dozen other people. The vac was a shopvac. Vac was shotty at best as well as interior wipe down. Very streaky. The wipe guys use the same rag and cleaner to wipe inside of your rims/wheels and then your door and windshield. read more

First time visiting this NEW business, I must say I'm disappointed. I paid $33.99 - managers special I was told I would be impressed. That I am NOT. I had to request the inside windshield and side widow be cleaned again as they were smeared. Looked into the back window and it had been sprayed and not touched. The manager came over and did this and its still smeared now. The vacuum job was not very good, they didn't even touch the back of the car (Jeep). I had to wipe the dash down again as they left cleaner all over it. The inside wiping job was also poor. They need to pay closer attention to what they are doing, and worry less about talking to each other while they are doing it. Contrary to all the negative reviews, I got the exterior wash and tire shine for $19.99 and was very satisfied! My car looked great afterwards and the tire shine lasted almost a week. I've been looking for a car wash to replace my usually trip to Splish and Splash in Bel Air. And I wanted a place with a little more detail to the rims. This place impressed me. Okay so this was my first and probably my last visit. After waiting some time approximately 20 minutes or so I went outside and I guess the guy I saw that I was getting anxious so he finished up supposedly called me over and apologized for the length of time I've waited and proceeded to tell me that he couldn't get the driver's floor clean because it was encrusted into the rug I don't think so but it did look better than when I took it in there with all the green pollen and other stuff in there however upon getting home I took a dustpan and brush and got up mostly everything with that it was not encrusted I guess he didn't know you could unsnap the mats. Upon further investigation there was dirt stuck under the back seat and the seat which came right up when I flex it so proves he didn't take the vacuum to that then the door handle where you open the door it's dirty still and everything on the front driver side with Spotty on the interior which came right up when I wiped it off so I don't think I'll be going back there after paying $29 dollars and ninety-nine cents. Maybe I just went on the wrong day or got the wrong person but that's a lot of money to pay and then you have to take it home and clean it yourself read more

I paid 20$ for the top grade wash, it was not worth it. The 2 guys that dried the car were just wasting time. They was still soap on the mirrors and dirt in a lot of places. Yes it did rinse the salt off but I wont return.
