Wow wow wow! I cannot explain the amount of relief Rainbow Gardens gave me throughout my wedding planning and the actual reception. Everyone was always so helpful throughout the entire process. TO PEOPLE LOOKING TO BOOK THIS VENUE IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AVOID ALBERTO CRUZ AT ALL COSTS!!!! Before we get to the bad (Alberto), we want to talk about all the awesome things this place has to offer. On March 11, 2023, our parents celebrated their 50th (golden) anniversary, an incredible milestone not many people ever achieve. With a guest list of a little over 200 people, it was also essentially a big family reunion. Every single one of our guests was extremely happy with how everything was going. We booked the garden area, which was a very nice set up. The in house photographer was amazing. The in house bartenders were super fun and friendly. And the in house DJ? He without a doubt was the biggest hit of the night! His music selections, playing whatever the guest asked for, etc, we can't say enough about him!! All of the guests loved him!! All in all, it definitely was a night to remember! Now for the bad. Unfortunately, two major things stick out: the photobooth did not work most of the night, and our event coordinator, Alberto Cruz, was a total ass the day of our event. First the photobooth. One of the first things we asked for when we considered booking this venue was asking if we could bring in our own photobooth. Our idiot event coordinator immediately shot this down and said we had to use theirs. During the event, the photobooth wasn't working most of the night, so our guests were not utilizing the booth. The few times they were used, all the pictures we saw were blurry as hell. For a group mostly consisting of Filipinos, this is pretty much unacceptable considering Filipinos love taking their photos. It's a little sad considering that for an event like this, we could not take the fun photobooth pictures we would have liked with what was available. And then speaking with the owner (Kelley) after the fact, he confirmed that we could have brought in our own booth, but would have had to pay an up charge. Knowing this is infuriating (even now), considering this was the one thing we wanted outsourced and we were immediately told we had to use the in house photobooth by Alberto, who I will now get into. To give some insight, we had some cancelations prior to the event, so we changed some names around. Biggest change which probably set this dude off was that we had a table of 7 people that we wanted changed to 9, and the table that was 9, we wanted changed to 7. Because we asked last minute, this dude threw the biggest hissy fit that would have made Kanye proud. It was as easy as changing one table name to the other, but he decided to act like it was his wedding and that we were unprofessional because of this request, and then proceeded to treat me and my siblings as rudely and as cold as possible for the rest of the night. And his unprofessional attitude wasn't just directed at us. Unfortunately plenty of our guests were also "lucky" enough to have interactions with this bozo. Condescendingly point to his head at our guests telling them to think, throwing his hands up all night cause we were doing things off cue, and at the end of the night, pointing to his watch, barely 10 minutes after the last song ended, essentially telling us to get out already, are just a few examples. All we could tell people that night was to just ignore him, and enjoy our parents' celebration. This man, who we have no personal relationship with, for him to treat us this way on the day we needed him the most, is unforgivable. He might be the biggest two faced person we have ever met in our lives. If it wasn't for the owner Kelly's understanding of our situation, we would probably still be angry. Anyways, to any future bookers, the venue is awesome, the staff (sans one rude ass person) is amazing, and the owner Kelly is awesome!! We definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice celebration. But if you are unfortunate enough to get assigned Alberto like we were, please, for the sake of your sanity as well as your guests, please request a different event coordinator! We were married in December, 2020. In what may be the year we would like to forget, Rainbow Gardens provided with a day that was absolutely unforgettable, in the best possible way. The grounds are very well maintained with beautiful lighting. Kelly and his team were simply the best. Social distancing and mask wearing were strictly applied but did not take away from the enjoyment of our wedding. Ria, our coordinator, was just fantastic. On a scale of 1-to-10, she is a million. The vendors that they use from the minister, photographer, DJ, bartender and all the staff were first class. We were able to decorate the room exactly how we wanted it to look, and the staff was so accommodating to every wish. The food, drinks, cake were very good and having the ability to have tastings for each was great. Throughout the whole process the team at Rainbow Gardens could not have been better to deal with, you felt like you were dealing with friends. We had 1,000 questions and all 1,000 were answered. I looked at so many places to get married online in Vegas. When I saw the pictures for Rainbow Gardens I knew that was where I was getting married. I called and talked to a very kind woman who was helpful and took my partner and I on a virtual tour. We booked right away, we wanted outside and then the more we saw pictures, we wanted inside. I flew into town and my sister and I went to tour in person, I was so blown away by how beautiful it was. My wedding coordinator Mr. Alberto, I really can't even express how grateful I am for him making my wedding perfect! The calls, meetings and connection we had/have is just an example of how much he cares and that Rainbow Gardens hires some amazing people. We were married on May the Fourth, and yes we are Star Wars nerds. We had a few things Star Wars and it was so fun to decorate and add all around the room. Alberto took my theme and added so much more. I couldn't believe just how beautiful it was. our flower maidens handed out kisses and fireball it was perfect, our officiant was a Jedi, all bouquets and boutonnieres had a Star Wars lego, we created a shadow box of who is who for our keepsake. The Garden room, gets you out of the heat, and wind. You are in this gorgeous garden oasis with twinkle lights. We did hire Lux photos, they had fun taking pictures and video. I didn't think the video would be good, but they nailed it and made me cry and laugh. The food was really good, the chicken out of everything we ordered was so good and tender and moist. I read so much of the couple doesn't get to eat, they place plates of the food at your table for you so you don't forget to eat. The cake was so beautiful and delicious (our favorite layer was lemon cake with raspberry mousse) We had such a wonderful time, we got a few upgrades, the candy table that was fun and tasty. We did the photo booth as well and it was so fun, and silly. Not only did people get to take their photos but you get a copy too. Having an out of state wedding for most people to travel to, we didn't want to send them with to many favors so candy, pictures, fun and a few items along with a full week of time with us was perfect. I just really can't say enough good things about this place, I want to do it again it was so much fun! Alberto made me feel like I was a princess and he has become someone special to us. We had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Gardens! We had a small wedding October 15th and used the Garden Room. Pictures do not do it justice, the lights, greenery and set up was perfect. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our guests were happy with the food and our DJ kept us dancing all night. Our bartender was super nice and kept our drinks filled all night. We added sushi from Osaka (one of their preferred vendors) as an appetizer and it was delicious. Since we were traveling from Idaho we didn't get to eat the top tier of our cake, but we sent it home with family that wasn't flying. I am so grateful we chose Rainbow Gardens!! read more

My daughter and son in law had their wedding on 9/10/21 here. Kelly was our coordinator and she was there for everything. There was a mixup on the color of table cloths but she was able to figure out a fix that my daughter was happy with. We had so many compliments on the venue and food and DJ. Kelly helped box everything up after the event to take home that we brought. Only hiccup was somehow the top of the cake got left behind. ( was sitting on a table ready to go ) Not a big deal. I would recommend Rainbow. We did all this during this pandemic ( had 3 date changes) and finally able to pull it off. We had our wedding here on March 17, 2022 St Patrick's Day. What an amazing day!!! The venue looked absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and the DJ was on fire. We got the photo booth (so much fun and a must have) and the chocolate fountain, delicious! Kelly Ann was such a delight to work with. She was so sweet and patient and made sure that the wedding went on without a hitch. She also makes you feel like the most important bride. Also they're referral list is awesome. Ron the florist, from Bloomers is so easy to work with, really knows his flowers and gives really great prices. The photography that's included in the package is beautiful and if you need a videographer ( which I highly recommend) David Gurson is your guy. His videos are awesome. My husband and I got married Nov 29, 2008 (Thanksgiving weekend) and we planned this wedding in less than 2 months (engaged Oct 5th). First off the price for a FULL bar ($5 head more) and multi course meal is unbelievable for 130 people. At first I was thinking, well perhaps quality is not up to par... they proved me wrong! The food was moist, and delicious! And the cake.... I can not stress the awesomeness that is this place! Their special cake decorating people can match 95% of any photo you give them and the taste..... OH WOW. We had 3 flavors but with the busyness only tried one (the chocolate/chocolate) and at our anniversary the cake was STILL great! Our coordinator was such a big help; don't know what I would have done with out her! She made my life soooo easy. I did not have to worry about a single thing; she made all the table look how I wanted, the little favors (shot classes with candy) all set at each place setting, my grandparents wine at every table, the twinkle lights in the garden... perfect. Also she made sure we always had a glass of wine/liquor in our hands :) The DJ.... where do they find these awesome people?? He kept the party dancing way into the night :) Also they participated with surrounding business to give you great deals... my husband got his tux for free, I got my make up/hair and my bridesmaids done for a great deal, photographer for a great price too... the list can go onandonandon.... Quoting from their own website, Rainbow Gardens says "For over 25 years, Rainbow Gardens has been making wedding dreams come true. As Las Vegas' premier wedding and event venue, customer satisfaction has been and remains our number one goal. We ensure that the planning process is enjoyable and stress free as we coordinate an event that will create a day to be treasured forever. Rainbow Gardens sets the standards for elegant weddings and receptions in Las Vegas." Unfortunately, my experience there did not seem to fall into their mission statement. Rainbow Gardens recently built an outside area that the bride was excited to use but weather conditions experienced the day before caused some doubt. At the rehearsal, one of the coordinators pressured the bride into signing a waiver acknowledging that the weather might be poor the day of her wedding but regardless will proceed with the wedding outside. When we inquired if we could make the decision the morning of the wedding, we wer informed that moving the ceremony inside would require different chairs and their staff would not be available the morning of the wedding to make the appropriate adjustments. Luckily the weather held up, but if it hadn't would the bride and groom have to force an outdoor ceremony, subject their guests and bridal party to poor weather and bad pictures just because different chairs would be required? VERY relieved that the weather gods stayed on our side. And speaking of weather, the photographer took it upon himself and decided against doing any outside photos of the entire bridal party after the ceremony concluded. When we asked when we would be moving outside for the photos, he dismissed us and said he knew what he was doing. Sadly, now there are no photos from outside in their newly built area -- the one request that the bride did have went unfulfilled. I realize that for the staff there, this is their job, and each wedding day is just another work day, but for the bride, groom, bridal party and the parents and guests, this is a very special day -- and for the bride, the best day of her life. Unfortunately, the staff at Rainbow Gardens did not share in this sentiment. They were rude to guests, very dismissive of requests and acted annoyed to be there. Fortunately, the bride did not notice, but literally everyone else did. Customer relations should be a priority for such a monumental occasion for each of their clients, and to say they fell tremendously short would be an understatement. In terms of location and amenities offered, the venue itself is very nice, the food was average, the cake was both gorgeous and delicious and the pastor did a great job. We also noticed an oversized tip jar on the bar and agree with the fellow yelper that it was tacky. But if you're considering this place for your wedding, be prepared to work with people who really don't care about making your day special for you, but will have no problem with cashing your check and accepting tips. read more

Exquisite Venue! Rainbow Gardens surpassed our expectations.  Their venue was COVID friendly as we had a very small and intimate ceremony and reception.  Their venue can easily host a large event, but due to COVID we wanted to size down our guest list considerably.  Rainbow Gardens staff was able to pull off a flawless ceremony and reception for us in just a two-month time period.  Their staff assisted us with colors, linens, DJ, food, overall décor, and schedule.  During our ceremony and reception everything flowed perfectly.  There was no hassle, no stress, no hiccups as this team knows how to host a flawless venue.  The Rainbow Gardens property is beautiful, there is greenery around the property, a beautiful waterfall, and the chapel is lovely.  Their grounds give a sense of calm and serenity.  The food was delicious and oh their menu has so many choices of appetizers, side dishes, and entrees to choose from.  The dinner staff catered to everyone's needs, they were polite, and so helpful.  Our DJ Patrick was so cool!  He is lively and kept the groom and I on the dance floor, oh we had so much fun.  I would like to personally thank Kelly Ann, Kelly, and Evana for making our day spectacular. read more

My husband and I are coming up on our 3 year wedding anniversary. Looking back on our special day, we absoultely loved our experience at Rainbow Gardens. It is hands down the best venue in Vegas. Lets start at the beginning, coordinating/planning. RG made my wedding planning a breeze. I never once was concerned or stressed out over about planning our reception. (our ceremony was at our church). They did all of the hard work for us. Our coordinators were always organized and made sure we got everything we wanted in order to make our day special. From beginning to end, we were always impressed. When it came to our wedding day, everything perfect. Our coordinator made sure everything ran smooth and that we and our guests were happy. She made sure that I always had a drink in my hand and food in my belly and I couldnt have been more appreciative of that. Speaking of food... YUM! My guests and I has high expectations since my father owns a resturant in town but we could have been more pleased. From our meatloving guests to our vegetarian guests, everyone was full and happy. Our main dishes were the tri-tip and fetticini Alfredo. Now on to dessert. Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and just as equally delicious. Our favorite cake is red velvet and our RG red velvet wedding cake did not disappoint. Special things that we added to our package were the chocolate fountain and photo booth. I highly suggest everyone consider these options when planning your wedding at RG. We had guests of ALL ages and these things were enjoyed by all. The chocolate fountain was enjoyed throughout the entire wedding and was a crowd pleaser. And it is so special looking back on the fun keepsake pictures that were taken in the photo booth by our guests. We also absoultely loved the vendors that RG works with. Our DJ was fantasic, he had our guests dancing all night. We have the most beautiful and precious photos (included) from TK Photo (Steve Stofner). My guys never looked better in their tuxes from Bowties Tuxedo and I got the princess dress of my dreams at Bowties Bridal. All in all, we could not have asked for a better wedding. Throughiut the process i expected them to be in more communication, to "take away the stress" of wedding planning. The only time I heard from them was to discuss money and if I reached out first. I tell you what though, I should have went into wedding business, they charge for EVERYTHING..$100 for power because we brought in a photo booth rather then using theirs. They charged a separate $200 cleaning fee for a donut wall we had, mind you our donut wall was 21" wide by 29" tall and stood on a table. when my coordinator saw how small the donut wall was he stated "he thought it was a professionally installed one." I told him it wasnt many times and asksd that since it wasnt a professionally installed donut wall, can I get the $200 cleaning fee back and he said..No". Moving on to meal time, everything was good except for the mest portion. We ordered steak with chimchurri as one of our options and instead we got sone kind of dosgusting potroast with thick ass gravy, very dissappointing as we were looking forward to eating steak. But when we went to tell our coordinator we could not find him and since it was our wedding we were busy so we couldnt chase him down, and even if we did, were they going to magically appesr with steak? The staff was efficient, maybe too efficient, I couldnt set my drink down on my table to dance to a song because everytime I did (5 times) they would grab it snd "clean up" , sp it was frudtrsting that I couldnt even drink an entire drink and eventuslly i refused to go back to the bar and just stayed sober. Dont get me wrong the venue was beautiful but i think I could have had a better experience for half the price in someones back yard. I kept waiting for Rainbow Gardens to reach out and ask about our experience but maybe they knew they fucked up so they havent reached out..and my wedding was in September so thats i why I decided to leave a review here cause clearly they dont care. read more

I can't thank Kelly and the staff at Rainbow Gardens enough for the amazing experience I had with them for my August 12th wedding. Everything was as low-stress as these things get, and everyone was so helpful and flexible. The Garden Room was gorgeous, especially at night with all the fairy lights on, and it was such a magical way to get married. The food was legitimately some of the best I have had at a wedding, and the bar staff and bussing staff were attentive, kind, and very very helpful. The photographer was fun, engaging, and quick, especially when giving us instructions for posing, and the DJ and his assistant knocked it out of the park! I would 100% suggest looking at Rainbow Gardens if you are considering getting married-- the value of what we paid for the experience we got is absolutely unbelievable. I was recently married here on 5/4/2018 and it was fantastic. I loved how they just took care of everything. The garden room looked like it belonged in a magazine. The food was good, the DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, the bartenders were friendly. They really do take care of everything there. We decided to book both sides of the venue and it was absolutely worth every penny. Everyone told me that things will go wrong on your wedding day, and while that's certainly true, Marta made sure I noticed nothing. I've been recommending this place to everyone. Ambience 4 Plain and simple. The garden room was cute with an outdoor feel. Our host was good, he was definitely trying to make the experience enjoyable. Food 3 My only concern was the food. It was not as good as I had hoped. The noodle, salad and string beans were my least favorite as the salad was overly dressed, the pasta had little flavor and the beans were overly salted. Their potatoes were decent and the prime rib was OK. It seemed as though I was the only one who thought this since everyone else at the wedding seemed to enjoy the food enough to not voice any negative thoughts. Service 3.5 Friendly, prompt. Nice bar service and waiter service. They did not refill our water jugs though. The venue did leave the food out for the rest of the night, but there wasn't much left over from round 1 anyways. We just got married here on Friday 10/21 in the Garden Room. It was an absolute dream come true! The room creates such a magical atmosphere making you feel all the love in the air. From the start of planning the wedding the staff was always helpful I called constantly asking questions and never once did the staff get annoyed. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. We rented the full length mirror photo booth and that was a hit for our wedding, the dj kept us going with the music we liked, the cake was amazing, the food was delicious and the bartender was not stingy on the alcohol. We also had a churro truck pull up for our guest, which was also a huge hit. Now, the biggest shout out goes to our very talented coordinator Lexus. Lexus is great at her job, but most importantly Lexus treated me like a friend I felt an instant connection with her. She understood the vibe and design we wanted and she exceeded our expectations, I couldn't stop peaking in the garden room while I was getting ready. She catered to me and my bridal party while we were getting ready and also was there to calm my nerves. She was always in eyesight and making sure me and my husband didn't need anything. What I realized is that the communication is so excellent there and they must of had meetings about every customer so that everyone was on the same page. They are organized and professional. The coordinator that was actually there the day of my wedding was Alberto Junco and it felt like I knew him forever. Everything was flawless. The food was good and the place is clean and beautiful. We booked a destination wedding through Rainbow Gardens for February, 2020. I understand how important reviews are because I booked without ever seeing the place before. VENUE: We initially booked the booked the garden room, being that our wedding was in February. But after combing through reviews and speaking with my photographer, we settled on the outdoor venue with reception in the formal room. I am glad we made this change. 1) You can't beat the great outdoors, 2) We visited in January and the garden room smelled musty, but that's no surprise it's an indoor garden with live plants and dirt 3) up until our wedding day it was in the 60s and very nice weather. The outdoor venue is just magical both in the daytime and nighttime with the palm trees. If it weren't for the sounds of a city, you would probably think you were in some remote area in FL. The formal room was perfect for our group of approximately 60 people, definitely could've accommodated more. The only decorations I provided were various wedding signs (card table, welcome, hashtag sign, etc); garland and flowers (faux) for the sweet heart and cake tables. They had Mr and Mrs table signs, candles, card boxes, cake stand, guest table decor. I opted for gold chargers on the guest table with the ivory rosette table clothes and marroon napkins. VENDORS: They provide cake, photographer, coordinator, caterer, DJ, officiant, and bartender. Essentially you could just show up!!! We opted for an outside photographer. In my opinion, photographs are the physical representation of your wedding outside of the memories you will hold. I did not like the style of the provided photographer and after speaking with him, I just wasn't vibing with him. I do not regret my decision because our photographer was AMAZING and I feel like she was my best friend by the end. I researched and read the reviews for all other vendors and was very pleased with them all. The DJ has a form you fill out prior to the wedding to best understand your music taste and he talks to you right before the ceremony. He had everyone dancing all night!! They give you a list of the cake flavor options and you pick out the flavors you want. I also sent them a picture of how we wanted the cake to look and it was perfect!! Everyone said it tasted great. The caterer has a expansive list of food options. We were pleased with the food we chose. The bartender had our drinks prepared and in hand as we walked up to the bar. Ria, the coordinator was with us every step of the way. She helped get things organized prior to the event and she was tending to our every need during the wedding. She was amazing and so sweet. They had our plates ready for us at the sweetheart table before we even sat down. The night was perfect!!! I could not have asked for a better wedding. I was able to enjoy the night and not worry about all the details, it was done for us. We danced pretty much the whole night. Our wedding was from 4:30-9PM, which was plenty of time. Before I start this review, I would like to clarify that I ended up not have our wedding at Rainbow Gardens. This review is mostly in regards to how Rainbow Gardens handled the cancellation of our wedding. Exactly one week before our wedding (that was fully paid off), the pandemic was declared a National Emergency. The next day, I had called Rainbow Gardens and spoke with Kelly (the owner), voiced my concerns, and asked what my options were and if there was anyway I could get at least a partial refund due to the surrounding events (in the contract I signed earlier, it stated that "Cancellation, for any reason or at any time, shall render all monies deposited with Rainbow, Non-Refundable"). He was very patient and understanding and went over my options. Kelly offered to lower our minimum guest count and credit us (since we had a bunch of people cancel within the week) if we still wanted to go ahead with the wedding and also suggested the option of moving the wedding date to a later time, but since this was a destination wedding and I didn't want to go through the stress again, I told him that wasn't an option for me. He stated that if we did want to cancel, we would need to tell him by Monday but we would loose our deposit. Kelly was successful at putting my mind at ease for the moment, said that everything was normal in Vegas, and that some parties even increased in guest count since the air fare was lower. So I decided to still keep the wedding on, but lowered our original guest count. The next day, we found out that the MGM and Wynn were going to close their doors (we had family that was supposed to stay there), the CDC had made the "No more than 50 people at a gathering" announcement (wedding guest count exceeded that), and restaurants/bars started to shut down in other cities (Seattle Gov ordered the state to shut down all restaurants/bars, but allowing only take-out services). At this point, I wasn't about to gamble that the other hotels or restaurants would still keep their doors open (especially since all these events happened within a two day span and we still had 5 days to go until the wedding). I couldn't have our family and friends flying all the way from Hawaii with all the uncertainty going on. I tried calling Rainbow Gardens on Sunday, but they were closed already due to the time difference. First thing Monday morning, I called Kelly and apologetically told him that I had to cancel the wedding. He was more than understanding and refunded the vast majority of our money (only the deposit was withheld which I thought was more than fair as he could have said "no refund/reschedule only" as other places were doing. All in all, I am glad I made the choice to cancel when we did since the Las Vegas Governor ended up making the announcement a day later that all non essential businesses, hotels, and restaurants/bar (with the exception of take-out) needed to shut down. In fact, our wedding was scheduled for Fri March 20th @ 5pm and the hotel we were staying at told us we needed to be checked-out by Fri March 20th @ 11am. In regards to planning, they were very accommodating and reasonable. Just a few tips/pointers so you aren't surprised. 1. You may want to choose your color theme after you look at their color selection (they have a lot to choose from, but some colors are an additional charge) 2. You may want to go with their vendors (as there is additional cost for using outside vendors) 3. I highly recommend Bloomers Florist. Ron is amazing! He has a little shop without a website, but don't let that scare you. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work as his flowers/creations are beautiful (my bouquet did not disappoint and he even attached the charms I mailed up to him at no extra charge). Ron asks what your budget is and doesn't try to "up-sell" you and gives you his honest opinion if certain flowers or decor are necessary/worth it. And best of all, his prices are very reasonable. 4. You may have to wait a few days for your answers if you are working with a specific wedding planner (however, general questions are answered within a day by an employee). 5. Chair covers and uplighting, are not included (It clearly states what is and isn't included in the paperwork, however I missed this part and just went based off the pictures I looked at on IG and their website). 6. If you're planning on doing a Candy/Dessert bar (bringing in outside food items), there is a table set-up fee. Everything considered, this was still the best option for our wedding and it still saddens me that we didn't have the wedding I had originally planned here. I was really looking forward to getting married in the outside courtyard. My husband and I got married on December 4, 2022 at Rainbow Gardens in the formal room. Our coordinator Kelly Ann (girl Kelly) did an amazing job with making sure our wedding was everything we envisioned. We are so glad we chose Rainbow Gardens as our venue. The venue is beautiful and the food is delicious (especially the stuffed chicken and spinach). Most things are included with the package including open bar, cake, photographer, and DJ. The staff at Rainbow Gardens were so nice and accommodating. They answered all of our questions we had prior to the wedding. Kelly did an awesome job in making sure everything went smoothly at our wedding. She took care of us and made sure we didn't miss any food from cocktail hour while taking photos. My Wife & I were got married here on 11/19/17 in front of 80 guests. We got the Sunday Special. The best thing RG provides is a stress free wedding. Our coordinator Kelly Ann was bustin her ass all night. She instantly cleaned up a spill on our head table, had cups of water ready for us after the recessional and waited until our uber picked us up before leaving herself. She was our stress sponge all night. Ceremony was perfect. Minister made me feel very comfortable. Their outside location is gorgeous and was what sold us. Price is very reasonable. We were on a budget and they helped us limit our spending. Location was decent. Plenty of parking. It's no where near the strip but that will save you money and keeps it intimate. I wish there was a major hotel/casino near by. Closest one is 10 min away at Palace Station which is where we stayed. Photos (included) came out amazing. We got over 500 photos! DJ was great, we usually had about a third of the people on the dance floor at all times. Open Bar was a big hit. The beer selection was pretty limited so I brought some of my own (No charge). All of the mixed drinks came out great. Bartender was good. Food was pretty good given it was a Buffet. Cake was good as well. Three layers all different flavors. One of the only complains I heard all night was they quickly ran out of red velvet within one song. I guess we underestimated the popularity of red velvet. They do all the decorating and cleanup for you. I was nervous to see how they would set up our decor but it looked good. It was nice to have all the cleanup done for us so our guests and us could enjoy the reception as long as possible. Only con is they wouldn't let us store our stuff there till the next day :/ Luckily one of our guests let us use their van. Their website looks very dated. It almost scared me off. They really should invest in their website as it doesn't accurately represent them. The best decision we had about are wedding was that we chose this venue with this amazing team behind it. We are from Ireland so we thought planning would be a nightmare, it was every thing but that. The rainbow gardens did everything from day 1 to the day of the wedding. All we had to do was show up the day before for a 45 minute wedding rehearsal and the day of the wedding. From the first minute to the last on the day of the wedding everything went perfect. The staff were more than happy to change anything last minute. I'd highly recommend anyone wanting to plan a stress free wedding to get in touch with this venue. We got married in the garden and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. With out 40+ guests there wasn't a bad comment made. Unfortunately when leaving vegas myself and my wife missed placed out wedding licence and with a short message to a member of the team at rainbow gardens they were more than happy to assist us with help straight away. I just got married here 10/10/17 after finalizing my choice back in January 17' between RG & other all inclusive venues including The Grove & Lakeside Weddings. I ultimately chose RG based on location & price point. Pros: 4 hour ceremony/reception, hors d'oeuvres, deluxe buffet, open bar, minister, cake, DJ, photographer & wedding coordinator. I ended up paying for extra services that included upgrade linen, charger plates, champagne toast, etc., in which they offer a nice selection. You can also add several other upgrades, too (candy bar, chocolate fountain, etc). RG was generous in letting us bring outside items such as assorted Italian cookies & set up additional tables with no issues. Minister Mike was MARVELOUS. You can choose religious or traditional ceremony (we chose religious) & it flowed so beautifully & did not sound scripted whatsoever. The outside waterfall garden gazebo was a gorgeous setting for the ceremony. I chose this over their infamous indoor garden room which is too muggy for my preference. The sound system was on point & our guests in the far back could hear our vows perfectly. It made an awesome photo backdrop too. The food was fantastic. We offered a cheese & shrimp platter, bruschetta, & southwestern crab cakes as hors d'oeuvres followed by a deluxe buffet that included chicken Angelo, prime rib, mashed potatoes, & cheesy broccoli. It went over well with us & our guests! The cake.. WOW! The lady RG outsources is a master of her craft. I sent her an image of a cake I wanted replicated with differing colors & she delivered. I chose 3 different flavors for each tier (marble, red velvet, lemon). They offer a wide variety of fillings too. I did bring in outside fondant flowers I ordered on Etsy since the upgraded quote I got for that was outrageous, but the decorator waterfalled them beautifully for no additional cost. The bartender was lovely. She always made sure I had a drink & my guests were satisfied. My day-of wedding coordinator, Kelly Ann was very sweet & attentive. She brought my girls complimentary champagne while getting ready & let us use both bridal suites. She corset me & all the girls up too since we are illiterate in that department!!! Our little picky eaters had a hard time with our food selections and Kelly Ann ordered a pizza from the pub next door.. amazing! She helped me set up the photo booth & made sure everything was organized. Our rehearsal with her was a breeze too, very fun & relaxed! Cons: Location. It isn't glamorous at all. Middle of the ghetto basically. You'd be surprised this place even existed had you not researched! Formal room. It's old, not remotely updated, stained carpeting, bizarre roman pictures on the walls, ancient cabinetry. I however, saw potential and with my DIY interior decorating skills, I transformed the entire room into a million bucks. If you don't plan to decorate the life out of this room, I'd pass all together. It's large, beautiful head table background, but that's to the extent of it. The bathrooms. Don't get me started, it's like I blasted back into my grandma's 1991 powder room - needs work. The photographer that's included in the package (but really isn't because they only give you a $500 credit, his packages start at $1100) is, mediocre at best. His website will make you chuckle, so we ditched him & outsourced. These photos last forever, right? Our DJ, Patrick. Straight up perv. While chatting about speeches, first dance, etc in my bridal suite, he was staring at my breasts like it had 2 eyes. Sorry I had a deep sweetheart neckline, but get a grip. He kept complimenting that I looked "so Greek" which was inappropriate mostly because I'm about to be married but mainly because I'm ITALIAN! Totally not professional. My cake. It was beautiful, remember? That's about it because I didn't even get served a piece! Neither did the groom, wow! No idea what it tasted like because it was literally "cut the cake" & it disappeared. 75% of my guests didn't even get a piece. Shame. RG Staff: I first sat down with Marta, one of the head honchos over there. Sweet, informative, shuffled my wedding coordination off to Kim who I worked intensively with for months on end. I was in loveeee with her, she'd answer my bazaar questions & inquiries via personal text. She's hilarious! Literally 3 weeks before my event, I was told Kelly Ann would be my day of coordinator. Ummm, what? I lucked out with her being so great but come on, Kim & I had bonded, I was promised I'd have her the day of. That was a total mind blow. Manager (possibly owner) Kelly (man) - we had a small hiccup with hors d'oeuvre pricing & balance due 7 days before event (Bridzilla mode at that point) but he quickly made right for it, 5 star guy in my book! Overall, I think we capped off pretty inexpensively for the 50 guests we hosted, not shabby at all. But the day was so beautiful, I'd pay triple that in a heart beat!!
