I don't even know where to start writing this review because everything was so easy and unbelievably beautiful for our wedding at Rainbow Gardens in the Garden room! Megan was our coordinator and let me tell you, she is OUTSTANDING!! She helped us to organize meeting after meeting, she made the process go smoothly up until the wedding! I gotta say the easiest part was being able to drop off all our decorations and just give a brief description of what we would like and send some pictures. Never in a million years did I expect it to turn out better and more elegant than my "vision", but I knew Megan would take care of everything and we completely trusted her the whole way! Once the wedding happened it felt a little overwhelming and exciting that you forget where you are on time, but Megan was there to remind us where we are at and what's next! She knows I'm itinerary girl and she kept right to it! Time got a little out of hand but she's patient and just reminds us throughout the wedding what's happening! After the wedding, the help with boxing up all decorations made it so relaxing for because by the end of the night we were wiped and the last thing we want to do is take down everything! The amount of complements we got about the Rainbow Gardens venue from our guests was endless! Honestly we didn't add much decorations because this venue is absolutely stunning!!! I had my wedding here last night and everything was perfect! It was such an affordable price I couldn't believe it. We got the February/March special. Also please note gratuity isn't included so I tipped the wedding coordinator who splits it several different ways. I tipped really good because of the outstanding job they did First of all the venue was beautiful. The reception was indoors and right outside was the ceremony in a gorgeous courtyard with a waterfall and a gazebo. It was very spacious and the chairs were seat up with plenty of room for guests to be seated. They recommended a hair and makeup stylist who came to the wedding venue so I got there at 11:30 am and the stylist was very friendly and chatty and did an amazing job for a great price. Due to coronavirus all decorations for the wedding and cake had to be new and in packaging which is understandable. I preferred it because I got to pick exactly what I wanted and handed everything over to the staff to decorate the reception. They did a great job and the bakery made my cake look amazing! The staff was very patient and attentive. They answered all my questions and made last minute changes for me. They made me feel special and put a lot of effort into the whole night being special and me feeling stress free. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the events on time and kept things flowing. I sent in my song selection list but I wanted very specific time stamps at certain times and a mash up for our wedding dance so I got to meet with him before the wedding and that was such a relief. Our guests danced the night away with all the food song selections and the lights and disco ball was fun. The food was absolutely delicious! All my guests loved it! I got so many compliments on how good the food was! For my menu I picked the chicken with stuffed rice, garlic mashed potatoes, meat balls, broccoli with cheese, and house salad. The salad was so tasty. The chicken was tender and juicy, I was worried it would be dry or overcooked but it was perfect! We had a photographer that was referred to us by the venue and he was very nice and patient as well. He's sending us a CD copy with all the photos to print so we haven't seen any of them yet. I need to start off by saying Alberto was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond for me and my husband to have the best wedding. With his experience and skill set he made sure everything was perfect. Of course as a bride I was a little bit stressed out, about everything going perfectly. Alberto took that stress away within 30 minutes of talking with him. He let me know exactly how he was going to do everything and gave great suggestions when appropriate. The venue was spectacular and with Alberto's help the wedding went exactly as planned. He took every idea and request we had very seriously. He made us feel very heard. It was obvious he loves what he does. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable and well informed on every aspect of the wedding. His input was great and never over bearing. During the planning phases of the wedding we made some changes. He was very accommodating to the changes. Alberto gave us a tour of the venue and we loved it so much! When we came back for our semifinal to make some initial decisions on decoration and more a lady was assisting us. She was rude and inconsiderate. It's our first wedding and we didn't know where to start and she was no help. I asked about certain color combination and styles I liked but she disregarded all of them. She reminded us she's a coordinator there and "she does this all the time". When I asked how long she had been working there she said for a very long time and tried to move on by only asking my partner what he wanted. I felt ignored and asked if we could request the gentleman who gave us the tour to be our day of coordinator. She just stood up and went to grab him right there like she was so upset! She came back with Alberto and I explained I really got along with him and would like for him to assist us moving forward, he was the most patient and kindest. We talked about every single detail I envisioned and he gave us amazing ideas. From the moment we met Alberto he was very clear about every detail and what was and wasn't allowed. The day of the wedding he was everywhere I looked and I knew everything would go according to planned thanks to him. Before the end of the night he gathered our cake and some other personal items and we got to hug and thank him so much for the amazing job he did. Rainbow Gardens is a beautiful venue, we had the complete venue to ourselves and it was a dream! All the staff was very friendly for the exception of that rude lady (I wish I remembered her name). But at the end something very important to consider is who your coordinator will be, this could make the biggest difference in your wedding, so when booking Rainbow Gardens don't forget to ask for Alberto, you won't regret it. read more

I have had so many wonderful memories here. Back in the early 2000s my Papa and Nana had their 50th wedding anniversary there, renewed their vows. Huge party. I recently got married 7-2-2020 we were those last minute couple that decided to get married in a pandemic ! Lol with sucha short notice Rainbow Gardens was so cooperative in everything! Our coordinator was Ria and let me tell you she was nothing short of AMAZING , she checked on us so many times during our wedding she made sure we had everything at all times. She was beyond patient with us she truly is an angel sent from above because our families were crazy aka really outgoing , so thank you Ria for making our day even more special & great. I had my wedding at Rainbow Gardens on March 17, 2024 in the garden room. My wedding planner Alberto was great! He was super thoughtful to what I wanted, helped us out with ideas for our wedding set up, and was very funny and friendly to my family and friends. Our photographer was amazing as well, I believe her name was Tina? But I could be remembering that wrong. Our DJ was DJ Anwar, he was so hilarious and balanced the music super well as I needed a mix of 80's classic rock, with Latin music to accommodate both our families musical tastes. However, I was sad because I didn't realize until after the wedding was over that our money dance had not been announced and we ended up missing that tradition. Overall tho, the biggest reason I couldn't give rainbow gardens 5 stars is simply the bartender that was serving us. I had so many family members in both the groom and brides side say that the bartender was extremely rude and unprofessional, including my husband. I would like to emphasize this was a small part of our wedding, and had I not heard SO many complaints from family, I would've given Rainbow Gardens a 5 star review easily. My daughter was married here on November 25, 2022. We had never been to the venue, travelling from many different states, only to arrive at such an AMAZING place! Kelly, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely the BEST! She was there every step of the way! Towards the end, and the time went by so fast, it was time for the last dance. I freaked out because we had battery operated twinkle lights for each of the guests,as the Bride and Groom exited, and I didn't know where I hapd put them! My daughter was married here recently and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! We used all recommendations they gave us, my daughters dress was BREATHTAKING, our grooms party were so amazing, the food was outstanding(we did the prime rib, exhibition pasta and twice baked potatoes) , best prime rib I've had in a long time! This is going to be long but I'll break it up into section to skip to! Package: Out of all the garden wedding spots in town that aren't a golf course (probably about three or four) this place offered the most inclusive package at a reasonable price (+food, basic centerpieces and table ware, photography, minister, dj) Coordinator: we worked with Marta, I'm not sure if she's the only one that does it but the other employees at the office are not very organized any time I called and the man answered he couldn't find my file or he couldn't answer questions properly and the younger girl didn't place an order on sample linens for us on time so we had to wait another 10 days before making our decision on color. Location: we chose to book both the outdoor ceremony and the garden room on a Sunday ($1500 additional fee bc we had the whole place all day) both very beautiful. Set up: my party were able to go in the morning to set up our centers pieces and ceremony decor and everything we wanted was approved, also Marta helped at the end and during before it ended to clean up and put things back in their boxes for my mom to take bc you only get "an hour" to clean up. Photographer: Awesome! Directive, and present DJ: dj company was a bit rude and snappy on the phone but actual dj was nice. Although he did not play a well balanced playlist. Played requested songs one after another and didn't mix them very well or plan for maximum dancing motivation. Like he had everyone out dancing finally for a the first few songs then played some ladies slow boring song and everyone but her left the floor . And we had many Cumbia / salsa song requested by one side of my family and he played them one after the other (probably four) and those last for 4-5 mins each so it felt like one long song and the other side of my family didn't dance at all during that time and when those ended the dancing side left the floor ! Cake- beautiful! But the wait staff took away my slice before I got to eat it because I was doing rounds around the room so I didn't get to taste one of my cake flavors (I had three flavors) I wish they'd have left plates that still had food on it. Bc a lot of guests had their plates removed too soon! Napkin on the plate =done ! Getting ready there: easy, private comfortable (free champagne which was very good bc I hate all champagnes I've had before!) Food: we got a chicken dish and a vegetarian pasta dish, and sides of course. Everything was a bit oily but that's better than being dry; but very tasty everyone liked it. $$$ Payment: we spent around $8k with upgraded linen and double room fee (which is $3k for busy days like Friday and Saturday! Or $1500 for off days) (so people know what to expect) and used the standard centerpieces. And Marta was pretty lax about payments, we missed 2 or 3 dates for paying and just ended up paying mostly in full at the end with no issues! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I inquired about this space for a baby shower and the representative that was emailing me was very useless. I was repeatedly asking for quotes for a specific date and he would only respond to me with which guest counts were allowed on which days, which was NO HELP. I continued to message back RE-SPECIFYING that that's not what I was asking but was interested in the venue for my baby shower. He refused to provide me with a quote. Awful customer service for sure and definitely useless. You never know who is asking for an inquiry and how much they are willing to spend. Next time a potential client requests a quote, it would be smart to provide one instead of refusing to do so. If I could give this venue a million star review, I would have given them that. Me and my now husband lives in Texas and our family and friends all live in California making our wedding a destination wedding. My wedding was absolutely the wedding I dreamt of. Kelly was my coordinator and from the very start of wedding planning to the day of our wedding, it was all perfect. She was so helpful with all the hundreds of questions and emails and they definitely do respond to all of my emails on a short period of time. Kelly is such a sweetheart, and my family has told me that I have the sweetest coordinator. I have all the plans in my mind, things that I want and all the visions that I had, Rainbow Gardens had made my wedding visions came true.
