8/24/19 was the best day ever for my husband and I and we owe it all to Rainbow Gardens!! It was so magical and perfect! We had the ceremony outdoor by the beautiful waterfall at 7:30 pm, which was the perfect time in that Vegas heat. It was absolutely breathtaking!!! Our reception was in the formal room and was also perfect and beautiful!! I provided decor and centerpieces and they went around making sure everything was perfect and the LED lights in all the lanterns were on. We had not one worry the entire time we were there. We also can't stop bragging about how amazing our coordinator Kristen was. She was very attentive, kind, caring, and extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better person to help us with our special day. She even cared enough to help me cover my tattoo better when I accidentally smeared some of the coverage off with my undergarments. I'm so thankful for that and will never forget it. She helped us with so much more such as, making sure my train was pinned up properly, making sure our food was to our liking, making sure we were always ok, etc. our DJ was amazing and played everything we loved and more and the minister they provided could not have been a better fit. We didn't use their photographer they usually provide in the packages, however they worked so well with ours and I couldn't be happier. I could not imagine choosing another place to marry my best friend. I'm so thankful to this place for making our night feel like a fairytale. I have no doubt they can make your day just as perfect. You can definitely tell Rainbow Gardens is a family owned business, because they care so much. My name's Amber, my husband, Anthony, and I got married here on 7/3. We tend to be more scatterbrain behind-the-ball kind of people. But the people at Rainbow Gardens were so friendly and understanding and even put themselves out a bit to accommodate everything we needed, from silly requests to last min screw ups on our part. We had remembered the wrong rehearsal time and missed our rehearsal, Ria went through the extra trouble to make ceremony guide videos for everyone's part in the ceremony and text them to us. When our own minister canceled the day before the wedding, they saved us again with the most loving, understanding, gentle-spirited, kind-hearted minister, Pastor Bill.  With everything that went wrong the day before the wedding (as weddings are usually destined for lol) our coordinator, Ria, stepped in for the save time and time again remaining so caring and understanding the whole time. And their DJ, Patrick, was so hype and friendly and complimenting, and just wanted to make sure the music and vibe were everything we wanted them to be, and he DELIVERED!! Ultimately, despite all our screw ups, our wedding felt about as stress free as weddings can possibly be all thanks to the staff and wedding coordinators at Rainbow Gardens, especially Ria, Pastor Bill, and Patrick. If I could give this venue a zero I would. This place has horrible customer service. Not only were we misquoted twice on a potential contract, the price point for the venue is inflated. They also charge additional fees if using a credit card which they also failed to mention. Additionally, if you're wondering why they don't have very many negative reviews it's because it's part of the contract..you can't post them. The rooms are completely out dated and smelly. Do your homework Vegas has PLENTY of better venues within the same price point or cheaper. read more

I got treated with amazing service through every visit and especially my wedding day. Just got married here on Friday. I was so impressed with the care the staff gave us and loved the garden room. I really wanted an outdoor wedding but in August it's way too hot to have that and the garden room made it feel like it was outdoors with all of the live plants but was way cooler than outside. The decorations and arrangements were beautiful and they were so nice. I want to give Kudos to one of their event planners Marta who was so fabulous and made our special day so much easier. She did rehearsal with us and was there the day of to help ensure it went perfect. She even fetched us drinks throughout the night and always checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our evening. I don't know if our wedding would have been as smooth and perfect without her. I recently attended my niece's wedding on May 7, 2022. The venue was nice, intimate and lovely. I cannot think of an instant complaint about the entire setting. My review is exclusively for the wedding coordinator Miss Kely Ann. Miss Kely Ann was remarkably rude towards my family and I from the second she vocalized her demands that we all were to move from the front row seats immediately. For someone that claims to specialize in consumer relations/coordination, I'd have to say that she is an extraordinary example of failure at her profession. My mother, the brides grandmother, had a special seat in the front row next to the portrait of my late sister (the brides mother) in the front row, and Miss Kely Ann was demanding that we all move elsewhere, including my mother. Her entire deliverance was horrible from start to finish. Moreover, the entire experience was humiliating as there were guests that were already seated and witnessed as this person tried belittling me with her entire demeanor. We all honestly felt that she was either going to try to forcibly escort me out, or at best call someone else to do it for her. Nonetheless, my niece herself had to pull away from her bridal ritual of getting ready for her big day to make sure that her own grandmother had her place next to the portrait of her deceased mother. What an awful way to start your memorable wedding day. My advice? if you plan on having your special venue hosted here, please vocalize as clear as possible that a grandmother is indeed considered IMMEDIATE FAMILY! read more

I am a wedding videographer from California (bay Area, San Francisco) and just filmed a wedding at this venue a few weeks ago. My overall opinion of this venue is good, not great. One must understand that this is a wedding factory, meaning there are multiple weddings going on in the same day, and possibly at the same time in this venue. Staff here are very attentive to time and set up and break down. It is a one stop shop. they offer the DJ, the photographer, the cake, and the meal. I was hired to shoot professional video as an outside contractor though. My communication with the venues coordinator was very good. They were professional and ran the wedding in a timely manner. The food was great! The bride and groom chose the chicken, and salmon menu. My assistant and I ate in the banquest area just inside the doors from the "garden Room" and she loved the food as did I. The chicken was moist and the vegetables were succulent. Their chef is excellent!!. This venue is very picturesque and beautiful!. it is probably one of the most beautiful venues in las Vegas to get married. The video shot from this venue will be one of my best. The only con I had is the noise from the wedding that was going on in the room next door. Since this is a wedding factory, they accomodate simultaneous weddings. Privacy is questionable. We had our wedding here on October 23rd. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. From start to finish, our wedding was perfect. I was so nervous, but the staff here took care of everything and it was exactly what I wanted. They were so accommodating, I was able to do the outside ceremony and have the reception in the garden room. The dj was great, and kept the guest entertained. The food was amazing as well! This place has been in Vegas forever, It was one of the last venues I looked at and I wish it was the first because I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. It's all inclusive all the way down to the photographer and even pictures are included. The photographer did an amazing job and sent me over 500 pictures from the wedding! I attended a wedding there this past weekend. Pros: The Venue is very pretty and great for an indoor wedding during the hot summer Cons: The food was AWFUL The bartender was drinking while serving drinks The parking in the back is really dark (no lighting after the sun goes down when walking to your car) I'm unsure of that package that was purchased by the bride and groom of the wedding we attended. However, the food was Salad (which was served in a plastic bowl), rolls, stuffed crusted chicken, green beans and roasted potatoes. The rolls were dry and tasted not fresh. The roasted potatoes were very salty and the chicken was just gross. If the importance of a wedding to you is a venue that looks nice then choose this venue. The inside was very pretty. The ceremony and reception are held in the same room. Therefore staff will be taking down chairs off the dance floor while guest are mingling during "cocktail hour". However, if good is not on your priority list then go with this venue. It appeared as if the staff was attentive to make sure everything moved along. read more

We got married here on October 1st 2020 (in the midst of all the pandemic) and I couldn't have been any happier! Kelly Ann made the whole night MAGICAL. She was extremely attentive and made sure we had any and everything we needed during the wedding day. The photographer and DJ were amazing people to work with, they both made sure to listen to our wants and needs and didn't fail to deliver. The lighting was absolutely gorgeous and once again Kelly Ann helped setting up all decorations and had so many wonderful ideas with the things we brought. Everyone at the wedding had an absolute blast (mightve had some help from the open bar ). The planning process was a breeze and delightful. Marta and Kelly Ann answered any questions we had no problem, there was no sneaky hidden fees or anything. Had my wedding vow renual service here 06/16/2016. Everything was perfect! The service started at sunset. We had a wonderful time dancing eating and the open bar was great. The music was delightful I loved my D.J. the food was more than great I loved my chef. My wedding cake was devine. I made a excellent choice when trusting the RG with my wedding. I don't know what they charged my cousin for her reception but I was appalled at the quality of the food served. I had better from my High School Cafe. The room (garden room) was just what my cousin likes though not to my taste. The final straw though was the 2hour wait for a taxi back to the strip, no warning from the DJ/Coordinator that this is a common occurrence. You couldn't pay me to go back to this venue. read more

I had the most perfect and beautiful wedding at Rainbow Gardens on July 11, 2018. Marta was my wedding coordinator and she did an excellent job. She was very good at communicating with me and keeping me posted and updated throughout the entire planning process and event. She took care of EVERYTHING for me. When the florist delivered my flowers, I did not like my bouquet so Marta took it the back and fixed it herself. The DJ was awesome and played all the most perfect songs for each moment throughout the reception. Our Minister did such great job too. We came here for my friend's wedding, and here's what I thought: Decor: I JUST REALIZED that the area in which I attended the wedding is only one of the wedding reception/ceremony areas. There is another room/space that is more like a hall/hotel banquet room that is much better looking and more conducive to fabulous decorating. This review rearding decor is limited to JUST the garden-ish side. - Very dated -- it's a nod to the 1970s w/ all the dusty fake flowers everywhere, the cross-check wooden gate-like surroundings, the fake outdoor garden (yes, I realize we're in the middle of the desert, and a real garden would be far uncomfortable, but there are classier ways to remodel this). - Small dancefloor - Paper runner for the wedding aisle?? - Small place for ceremony -- lit okay, but it wasn't very pretty to look at - Very small room Food/drinks: - 2 stars. The chicken appetizers were okay, but the pork tenderloin appetizer was so dry and the apples on top were too sweet. The cucumber salad was lame and too one-note. I felt as if I were eating some kind of pickles that were meant to be on the side of a sandwich. The main course was not good -- the beef was too dry, the glazed carrots were too sweet and big, and the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted as though they came from a box. Thank goodness my friends brought some more food as well, because the portions were very small. It was all very dated food -- something I'd expect in the 1950s at a regular dinner. - Open bar was nice, and as I understand it, it's not too expensive, so that's a nice touch. My drink was pretty weak, though, but that might be to make sure that the guests get home in one piece. It seemed well-organized, and the servers and all the staff at Rainbow Gardens seemed very kind, helpful, prompt, and thoughtful. Four years ago my wife and I renewed ours vows at rainbow gardens, two years ago our granddaughter got married at rainbow gardens, earlier this month my daughter got married at rainbow gardens and just last Saturday my son got married at rainbow gardens. I would highly recommend this venue to friends and random strangers. My wedding was on March 10, 2018 in the Garden Room. The wedding coordinators were amazing and made my wedding my own, and more importantly, FUN. Every one of my guests afterwards told me that it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. EVERY GUEST. And the value was impeccable. Everything was all inclusive. This made shopping around much simpler. They even had preferred vendors (Florist, Videographer, salon, etc.) All of this was packaged together at an affordable price. The contract we signed was straightforward and easy to understand. On the day of our wedding the room was beautifully decorated. It truly is a paradise in the middle of Las Vegas. The bride has a beautiful room to get dressed in. The only complaint I had was the men did not. Our options were either get ready before we come over or (what we did) was get ready in the bathroom. This was not too bad. The bathroom was large enough and we were able to get ready with no problem. The wedding coordinators provided me (The Bride) with the best customer service. About a week before my wedding in March 2018 I tore my meniscus in my right knee. I thought that I had ruined my wedding. I was unable to walk without crutches and I cried my eyes out the week before my wedding. Skip ahead to my wedding, my wedding coordinator expressed genuine concern and empathy. She did everything in her power to help me have a great wedding on crutches, from telling me other wedding horror stories to grabbing my crutches from me when needed during the wedding so the crutches weren't in the wedding photos, which I will always be eternally grateful for. Just thinking about her incredible kindness is making me a little teary eyed. P.S. This venue is can be very flexible. Read over the whole packet they give you when you book, and if you have any questions, ask away! You might find out about other options available to you. Our Daughter wedding was held here this past Sunday. I honestly can not say enough positive things. Pretty much all inclusive packages. Photography,ceremony, minister( was great) loved his positive comments the reception was fun and lively the event coordinator was so helpful and kind. DJ was awesome. Bartender poured us some great drinks. Our group came from North Carolina and Minnesota and seriously my daughter and don in law did not really have to do anything but show up and be beautiful. Taylor and Stephanie are perhaps the worst coordinators you can ask for. They literally forgot everything. Taylor looked angry and put out to at my wedding. Stephanie forgot to order glasses, so my guests drank from PLASTIC cups. Stephanie forgot to tell the bartenders that bar was open an extra hour and charged my guests their drinks. She forgot to tell the DJs we paid to keep the venue open an extra hour. Stephanie also put the wrong name on my own wedding sign. She wrote "Olivia" instead of "Maria." If you get Doug, proceed with wedding. If you don't, go somewhere else. They couldn't have possibly screwed up more royally. Venue is gorgeous. Not as bad as some of the reviews described. The ceremony is held outside in a nicely landscaped patio area, reception & buffet held inside in a typical large 'room'. Our waiter had a severe case of the shakes & a band aid on his thumb which wasn't very appetizing!
