My wife and I had our wedding at The Grove on 3/21/2026 and could not have asked for a better experience. One of the main reasons we chose The Grove was because of how inclusive and welcoming they are to LGBTQ+ couples. They made us feel completely comfortable, supported and celebrated from start to finish. Our coordinator, Bre, was absolutely incredible. She was thorough, precise and extremely responsive to every question and need we had throughout the planning process. She had every detail of our decor and instructions coordinated for our reception. It was clear she paid attention to everything and left nothing out! On the day of, she helped me put on my veil before everything began and bustled my dress before our grand entrance. We didn't have bridesmaids so she was my lifesaver. Even though her role officially ends when dinner is served, she made sure we had everything we needed before she left. Her care and attention made such a difference and helped calm so many of our anxieties. She was a delight! Ariel, who handled our cake, was also wonderful to work with. We ended up using her rentals for drapery and flower balls to decorate the ceremony space. It looked amazing and came together wonderfully. Luke, our DJ and Emcee, was fantastic. We worked with him on our music, timeline, chain of events, monogram, lighting, and Photo Booth. He kept everything running smoothly and made the reception enjoyable. We highly recommend adding the extras offered from The Grove Entertainment. They are 100% worth every penny and made a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Our family, friends, and coworkers could not stop talking about it. We received many compliments from our guests throughout the night and afterward. They had no idea somewhere like this even existed in Las Vegas! We also appreciated how The Grove offers recommended vendors for items not included in your package. They are flexible and we utilized our own photographer to work with. It was nice to have the option to either use their trusted recommendations or personalize certain vendors ourselves. The food was good, the staff were friendly and the entire team helped make our wedding day feel seamless and stress-free. Another huge bonus was they allow dogs to be part of your ceremony, which was important to us. We knew we wanted our dog to be part of it from the start. The Grove does it all! Having so many services coordinated through one place made the planning process much easier. Attended an outdoor sunset wedding here last night. The grounds are lovely with lots of trees, plants, little ponds, twinkling lights and brick paths. Inside was large, well lit and beautifully decorated. The staff was attentive and the music and DJ kept everything moving along. The food was typical wedding fare of salad, rolls, steamed veggies, baked chicken in a sauce, rigatoni and herbed turkey breast. All tasty but I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a beef option. We thoroughly enjoyed the open bar and I tried my first pineapple and Malibu rum. Delicious! Oddly the cake was not on display and was not brought out until after dinner was done and the dancing started. By that time we were almost three hours in and ready to leave so we didn't get a slice. And we were not allowed to take pictures but I'm sure that was at the request of the family who had two photographers working the room. I would definitely book an event here. read more

My husband and I got married in April and Karina was our wedding coordinator. I cannot recommend her and this venue enough. First of all - it's beautiful. The almond orchard (but any of the ceremony spots) are stunning; it's an oasis in there! Dedicated parking lot is nice for guests. We had a TON of small special touches and I stayed in constant communication with Karina for about 2 months leading up to the day and she had every detail down perfectly - with ease and positivity. There were things she really made easier for us and you could tell they are so used to executing things on time, flawlessly. You barely notice their hard work until you realize... everything is on time and ready for you to just enjoy! They really made the event so smooth for us and our guests :) They checked in 1-2 times during the wedding itself to help things stay on schedule but besides that, worked their magic behind the scenes. A bonus was that their DJ and sound system was great - you just start walking down the aisle and the music comes on - it's a real movie moment. Let me be clear, the Mrs & I attended a family wedding here. We did not pay for it, so I have no idea what it cost. But, whatever it was, I'm sure it was worth it! This property is wonderful. The event took place outdoors & thankfully the weather was perfect. The landscape is immaculate, manicured green grass, beautiful almond trees & wonderful decorations. The reception was indoors & the food was great. A really good salad, mashed potatoes, pasta, chicken (in sauce that matched the pasta. You could combine them or just have one solo) & roast beef. The DJ not only played the tunes, but kept things moving along. The Grand Entrance of the newlyweds, their first dance & the shoe game (first time I'd seen this, but it was cute.) What a beautiful wedding venue! Easy to find parking, beautiful outdoor area, nice indoor area. Enough room to eat, dance & grab a drink at the bar! Nice staff! The food was really good! I was worried after seeing the reviews but the prime rib, salad, pasta, potatoes and veggies were great!! The only downside was the audio/speakers weren't the best- the sound only comes from one side of the indoor area, it was difficult to hear people talking into the microphone. The other thing we noticed was while the speeches were going on you can hear the staff collect plates & bring them to the back, it was very loud & distracting trying to hear over the poor audio quality. We just got married here over Memorial Day weekend and it was absolutely amazing! We're from out of town and never got to see the venue in person beforehand, so we were a little nervous--but wow, the venue and staff completely blew our expectations out of the water. The whole team did such a great job keeping the day running smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a single thing once it all started. It let us truly enjoy the moment. The DJ was also fantastic and played all the song requests we had written in, which made the night feel so personalized. Usually, you hear about something going wrong on wedding days, but honestly, I can't think of one thing that didn't go perfectly. It was the perfect day, and we're so grateful we found this place. We booked an 80th birthday party at The Grove. The venue itself was stunning! The event team was amazing. Hannah was our planner and Madisson our DJ. They went out of their way to insure everythig ran smooth. The food was wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. I checked the price for a restraurant, with the DJ and open bar it was about the same price. The Grove was much more personal and we got 5 full hours of partying. Hands down the best wedding venue ever!!! After some heartbreaking news on having to cancel our original wedding date back in Southern California, we were left without a place and the Grove absolutely knocked this one out of the park for us. We decided to pick a day in February when the almond trees are in bloom and I'm so happy that we did. It was absolutely beautiful. They really keep up with the grounds here and they've upgraded so many things on the exterior - the gazebo, the bridge, the wedding chairs themselves.... The DJ was absolutely awesome. I think he literally played every single song that we requested, remembered all the names of my family members and dealt with all sorts of surprises that we threw upon him. Our wedding coordinator made sure that we were in the know of everything along the way. I really loved the fact that it was all inclusive for the pricing. The food was phenomenal. I did do the tasting menu and I thought the food was awful at the tasting menu however, the night of our wedding it was absolutely fabulous. read more

My daughter had her wedding there and nothing was done as promised. Coordinator was awful. Her name is Daisy. She had nothing set up as planned they did not even put te cake topper on. The photographer had to find it. She would not allow a 5 minute delay for the bridesmaid who was stuck behind an accident to arrive. She didn't serve the cake until half the guests had left and she cut the entire cake. What a waste Their dj that they require you to use was a young kid who was useless for announcements. The cookie table was not set up as promised. Had to rush that ourselves. Wedding was at 130. Dinner was to be served at 330 allowing for a cocktail time but they brought out the food at 2:30. They only allowed 30 minutes on the grounds for pictures and it was supposed to be an hour. They are way overpriced and nickel and dime for everything. Avoid this place read more

However...in the colder months they do not setup warmers for guest outside. The food is terrible: meat not edible and tough. Vegetables were practically raw and overall the meal was not satisfactory. The flow is rushed and no one knows what is going g on. Which brings me to the most important part... Their so called coordinator SUCKS! She advised us that the first look photos would be done the same time the wedding was set for. When questioned how this was possible she informed us that she never spoke with photographer. The wedding party didn't know where or how to walk out until the very last minute. The guest didn't k ow where to sit as far as groom or brides side. Table seating was not clear as to: she threw a reserved sign on the immediate families table and expected for everyone to figure it out on their own. She was never around for questions or help. She dipped out before the event was over. She was absolutely terrible and made things stressful! Our wedding was this past Friday, 10.25.24, and we opted to do a morning ceremony and brunch reception. From the beginning of our interaction with everyone at The Grove, it was hands down an amazing experience. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we felt heard in all of the requests that we had. We also enjoyed that A LOT of our vendors went through the Grove (i.e, our officiant, food, the DJ, the cake, some decor, etc.) and that eliminated a lot of the stress of wedding planning for us. We had an amazing wedding and reception for our daughter. The Grove is a gorgeous venue with beautiful spaces to take photos throughout. Our event was at the Almond Orchard. We were originally only looking for a place to have the ceremony but for the price, The Grove offers an amazing ceremony and reception package that fits any budget or size party. Their staff is impeccably trained down to every little detail and the event was flawless. The Coordinator made everything run effortlessly. The DJ was extremely charismatic and exceptionally prepared. The food staff and bartender were equally attentive. The Grove has neutral decor for any event but allows you the option to individually decorate to our own desires with minimal limits. Daisy first showed us the property and her personality and professionalism won us over immediately. Our wedding coordinator Bre was an absolute gem! Just amazing how much stress they took off our shoulders. Priceless! Worth every penny. Five stars for every category. I should also mention M Place Photography is a photographer that The Grove recommended that was absolutely astounding how professional, prompt, and thorough they were and gave us everything we wanted in the short time we contracted. I attended a family friend's wedding on Sept 25, 2024. Although the place was beautiful and great for pictures the staff and especially the wedding planner was so unprofessional. There was so many little details that weren't taken care of. the wedding coordinator had so much attitude towards the people that the bride and groom had entrusted to help them with their wedding. - wedding planner yelled at us for making sure that the bride had her flat shoes after the ceremony - Wedding planner yelled at us for making sure that the grand entrance for the reception was done the right way as requested by the bride and groom she said, "here you do it, since obviously you know what you're doing and I don't know what's going on" as she threw the box of glow sticks at me and walked past me and bumped my shoulder. - wedding planner left RIGHT AFTER the wedding entourage did their grand entrance for reception leaving us to make sure that everything was up to par. The DJ DID NOT understand the assignment. After the reception, we still had time to dance but he kept playing the wrong songs to the point where we had to go up and ask him to play specific songs, making a lot of the guests think that it was over when in fact, it was not. Some of the kitchen crew were speaking bad about the bride and groom because they had asked a group of us to make their desert table. Our tables were not refilled with water as requested. And the guy at the Photo Booth ended so early to the point where the bride herself had to ask him if they could still take pictures. And he didn't even bother looking for the pictures that a group of us had taken earlier and js gave up. I can go on and on but that's just some of the big things that I saw. Let me start off by saying, I was SO excited at the opportunity to have my wedding here. The venue was the best I'd seen (for what i was looking for) in Las Vegas and the staff was great at communicating with me, on all my questions before making my final decision to actually book with them. My wedding was scheduled for 3.28.21 in their grand room for 75+ people and my deposit was $1,500. Full disclaimer, I completely understood the deposit was non-refundable at the time of signing and paying and was ok with that! Fast forward, our world is hit with a global pandemic that's taken thousands of lives and put a record millions out of work - including my fiancé and I with a brand new baby. While I tried to stay optimistic about everything. Truth was, my family and friends were cancelling on me quicker than i could blink, as everyone was fearful of traveling due to sickness, old age, or just fear in general. This brought my list down to not even 20 people, from 75 plus!! No longer able to meet my guest count, or afford a $10k wedding anymore i called the Grove at the end of June to cancel. They seemed very understanding when telling them my reasons to needing to cancel. Although every vendor I worked with (all very small, less than 10 people businesses), i wasn't expecting a refund per the contract. To my surprise they offered to refund me, BUT only if someone booked my same date and size party. Then they'd refund me my $1,500 (less $100) AFTER the event date of 3.28.21. However, during this time Las Vegas Governor put a restriction of no more than 50 people at an event, until further notice. So how are you trying to rebook my date/ event for 75 plus people? Seems completely fair right (sarcasm)? I reach out via email for an update and am literally told i need to reach back out AFTER the date of 3.28.21. Pretty much then telling me I'm bothering them! I refuse and tell them I'd appreciate staying up to date with what's going on with my refund and not wait I'm limbo. So after months of still not hearing anything, I reach out again and am told they still have not found anyone to book my date/package, that they're now going to open it up for a smaller package that's SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than mine and if someone books that one my refund would be much much less than what i paid. Our Governor didn't lift the mandate of no public gatherings of more than 50 people, until September 29th, which would have actually ONLY allowed 37 days (as of today) for someone to re-book my package. Again... seems fair right? I told them they were better off telling me i couldn't have a refund, then giving me all the back and forth and literally making it IMPOSSIBLE to get anything back. I asked to speak with management on 11.5.2020 and as of today 11.13.2020, i still have not heard from anyone. When i email the coordinators again, they tell me their Management doesn't work in the office, which apparently is a good enough reason for not calling a customer back in a timely fashion? UPDATE! They finally responded to me (see screenshots attached). Such a high level of disrespect and unprofessionalism! After receiving this I posted for all of their couples and potential couples to see. The Grove proceeded to block me from all social media and put out a statement advising that my screenshots were doctored, I've been harassing them and that they've called me... Honestly, I'm disappointed they'd rather put out a statement calling me a liar and blocking me from being able to call them out. Then to just call me and apologize and clarify if I'm misconstruding something in their emails. Also, they never called me for the record. After I signed the contract and paid my deposit, every conversation was over email. Speaks volumes of their lack of integrity! read more

We had our wedding at The Grove on November 10, 2018. Now I'm sure everyone says it was the best day of their lives, but to say that about ours would be understatement. We credit the success of our big day to the venue and mostly to our coordinator Kim Maddi. When we began looking for a venue after getting engaged in July 2017, we quickly learned how weddings in the Las Vegas area seemed to work. Very expensive, limited creativity, only specific vendors were able to work at certain venues, etc. We had found a couple venues that we could possibly work with to make our vision come true, until we visited The Grove and met Kim. We knew within minutes that this was the place we'd get married. They allowed us to place a complimentary 7 day hold on a date we'd had in mind and which gave us the peace of mind that we could really think this important decision through without feeling pressured in any way. Like clockwork one week later we found ourselves in her office signing our paperwork and placing our deposit. Fast forward to wedding weekend. The package we went with included the rehearsal which Kim was able to command our large group of goofball friends instructing them on their duties and how the big day would go. Being the first in our group to get married this was extremely helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of how our ceremony would go. With Kim's guidance, we were all confident that we were actually going to be able to pull off our not so traditional wedding day with class and precision. On wedding day we arrived to the venue one hour before the ceremony start time to find the ceremony and reception site of our dreams! My fiancé had put a lot of work into decor planning and gathering and supplied the venue with totes and pictures of what we had put together for centerpieces, reception and ceremony signage, etc. We both couldn't believe our eyes! Kim was able to calm nerves, delegate small tasks, ensure satisfaction, and completely run the show like a well oiled machine - she is a professional after all! We loved that the venue comes with flowers, food catering, bar, dressing rooms, etc. with plenty of room to upgrade to create the vision you are looking for. They have basic decor that is included but what I loved most is that they gave us the flexibility to bring in our own decor as well as a couple external vendors (Shout out to smashbooth photo booth, the dapper doughnut, and our fantastic photographers Moxie Studio) They even allowed our precious fur baby, our chocolate lab to be our flower girl and be on site for the ceremony and for pictures after. All of our out of town guests agreed that it didn't look like a "Vegas" style wedding which is exactly what we were going for! From beginning to end, the Grove has been nothing short of amazing to us! Our wedding had to be postponed due to COVID. Nancy and the staff immediately made sure that we had a new date rescheduled and kept in communication with us in regards to COVID protocols to ensure we would have a beautiful wedding and still be safe for our guests. Thankfully our wedding happened after the COVID restrictions were lifted and our wedding was more than we imagined. Our ceremony was in the Almond Orchard and our reception was in the Grand Garden Room. The food, the music, the venue, the staff, etc were INCREDIBLE!! Nancy and DJ Francisco made sure that the night went smoothly and we literally had nothing to worry about! Please do not let the one star reviews of some disgruntled individuals who didn't even have a wedding here discourage you from booking the Grove. We had our wedding in October at The Grove and it was perfect! We had a horrible time with an outside wedding planner, and our coordinator at the venue, Hannah, helped us work around it for a wonderful day that we will never forget! She was so incredibly sweet and helpful. There was a snafu with a communication issue, but Hannah found a way to get everything fixed. Our families loved Hannah's personality while we did our rehearsal and she made everyone laugh throughout. We got married in the almond orchard and it was gorgeous! You don't need much to decorate the space. We had a floral arch piece from Wild Meadows Floral who works at the venue and had an arch draping and that was it. Everything else that comes with the space looked great. Food was amazing, management was so helpful, and so many people commented on how gorgeous the venue was! The price was also so great for everything that was included. For our reception space we decided to not have coverings on the chairs, went with the head table, and blush was our main color back lighting for the night. Wow. My first time here for a wedding indoor or outdoor. They have two halls. One big and one for smaller parties. Very beautiful when they set it up. The almond trees outside have lights wrapped around them so it's good for evening events as well. I heard in the spring the trees bloom and I bet that looks real nice. Where do I begin, first I must admit that The Grove Wedding Venue has the most beautiful grounds and scenery for any wedding in Las Vegas!!! BUT.......... Everything else needs some serious improvements to go back to their once-upon-a-time, 5-star ratings (before the pandemic). My husband and I chose the date of Wednesday 04.24.24 to get married. We chose that date because we knew that if we got married on the weekday it would be cheaper rather than on the weekends. When we went to the grove for our consultation, we were informed that we would have to pay the full price due to it being a "Popular Date". Now let me inform you that their handbook does not say such things. Moving forward, when we went to the food tasting, they did not serve all of the items that they offered and their meat selection was very bad. The caterers' meat was bland and tough. The coordinator informed us that because it is a buffet style and they were cutting the meats into smaller pieces for the guests of the food tasting the meat would lose their tastes. She informed us that the food would taste better at the wedding. Now the coordinator did explain that she will only be on the grounds during the ceremony and the beginning part of the reception. She stated that the DJ would be responsible for the rest of the reception. On the Wedding day, the CEREMONY was beautiful and memorable. No issues there. We used our own officiant to marry us. Our coordinator orchestrated the bridal party very well. Now for the reception...... I must be honest with this. For paying almost $20k, which primarily goes towards the reception ($1k out of that goes to the ceremony). The food was disgusting!!!!! The meat was dry and dull tasting. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT WAS CHARGED. Everyone complained about the food. The cake was very plain and basic. We should have purchased our cake through ANY other bakery. The service staff walked around with annoyed faces and ignored people when being asked questions. The bar was great. Everyone was pleased with their service. The DJ was phenomenal!!! He was very attentive and managed to constantly go with the flow of things, especially when being asked to change things due to unexpected circumstances. So thank you DJ for making the party what it was.!!!!! FYI: Several guests and bridal party members became sick right after the wedding, Including My Husband! The reviews for The Grove are really misleading. I hate seeing that so many people were unhappy with their experiences at The Grove, but I can personally say that my husband and I don't think we could have picked a better venue. We had the BEST day of our lives at The Grove and we really wish it could be the same for everyone that books with The Grove. Our coordinator, Nancy, was SPECTACULAR. She was reassuring, kind, on top of everything and simply made our day so smooth and special. What my husband and I especially like about The Grove are these things: 1. You get an incredible deal for something that ISN'T a golf course (very rare for Las Vegas) and it is quite "all-inclusive". Entertainment resources on-site, cake included (a big plus for us), buffet-style reception, bar... I mean, come on. It was a no-brainer! 2. BEAUTIFUL (see photos) ceremony sites. We chose the Almond Orchard, because I fell in love with the trees... I get chills thinking of the first time I saw it (even un-decorated). 3. The food was great!!! Nancy helped me and my husband pick our menu and we couldn't have been happier with the choices. 4. Free open house to try some food and get a feel for the ceremony/reception hall when it's a bit more "done up". 5. Can't stress this enough: Nancy was awesome. If you're looking for a JW Marriott, you're going to have to go to a JW Marriott, simply put. Don't expect something that is more than what's written in the contract and your experience will be splendid, just like mine. ALSO! If you feel like your day could really be ruined by the coordinator leaving when she literally has nothing left to do for your night to go on... I just don't know what to say. Nancy served us dinner, stuck around to make sure all was going well, and left (as she communicated to us during our pre-wedding appointments). There was nothing left for her to do! The DJ took over and made sure we danced the night away like we wanted. When I say "best night of our lives", I truly mean it. I had my wedding in June of 2022. I have been waiting for the owner or manager to contact me since the week after my wedding because I didn't want to leave a bad review but I can't get ahold of anyone at this point. Let's start off with some minor things my decor was dropped off the day before and every item had a sticky note on the back saying where I wanted it placed. When I arrived the day of my wedding to the venue all the decor was placed (some incorrectly) but worst of all you could see the sticky notes on the back of everything? They didn't bother removing it which was very upsetting so I had to send bridesmaids to go fix that. Additionally I had rhinestone to spread across my tables and they were majority flipped upside down so the color was not actually showing again lack of care. Mind you when you arrive in sight you can only be there for an hour and a half before. As soon as I got to my "suite" which was more like a stall, I noticed the AC hadn't been turned on in their. I had my mother, mother in law, and 4 brides maids all with me so our makeup was compromised from sweating. We went through the ceremony which was fine and our officiant was fantastic. After our ceremony we took pictures as usual for about 30/45 minutes. My wedding coordinator (supplied by the venue which is part of the reason I booked the venue) helped me change shoes and said she would be there for anything I needed. She even had me pick the activities I wanted weeks beforehand so we could stay on schedule. We did our grand entrance and she literally left without saying a word! From there it was downhill the staff refused to pass out champagne for the toast until everyone had been released to get food. This problem alone is the reason I had to cut out activities from my wedding that I was really excited about. The seating chart I realized was completely messed up leaving my parents in the back of the room and hardly able to see. I had confirmed the seating chart 3 times which is really frustrating because why did I stress about it if they weren't even going to follow it? Additionally we were forced to rush through our garter and bouquet toss and go straight to dancing because of the lack of direction and my missing wedding coordinator. I tried to get into my bridal suite to touch up my makeup/change shoes/put my garter away etc. and every-time I had to go to the bartender who was now in charge? The DJ was kind and you could tell he did the best he could. The bartender was the most horrible person I could have interacted with on my wedding. She stated she realized how we had been rushed and felt it unfair we had to cut activities and the lack of communication. We asked about an extra hour and she told us the rate would be $1,500 and after we debated she kindly offered a 30 min extra for FREE. Once the 30 min was up she came to my husband asking him for $400 (or something around there) and that we couldn't leave until he paid. We asked to speak with a manager, the coordinator, anyone because she had just offered this for free and being that she offered we had just tipped her and the DJ each more than $400. After my husband told her he wouldn't be paying for something that was gifted and he wanted to talk to someone in charge she came to me saying my husband was berating her and yelling (which he was not) and when I asked her to explain what happened she stated she told him it would have been $800 but now since people left she wouldn't charge as much. Eventually we paid to just get out of there but the lack of communication and lack of direction ruined the experience for me. I had to give up things I dreamed of and lose parts of a once in a lifetime experience because of this establishment.
