Ok, so I would just like to start by saying, if you are scrolling through yelp looking for a rain gutter installer, just stop right now. You have found your guy. Customer service? A+ Communication? A+ and install A+. I had originally chosen a color off of a color swatch that I thought was the right one and when Felipe' called to verify the appointment, he asked, "are you sure about that color? That is not one that many people use". Of course printed color swatches can be deceiving and so we canceled the install and he brought over three samples of actual gutter colors and I picked the one he suggested. Perfection! That is customer service! He is a busy guy so be ready to wait for the install.....mine was about 5 weeks. But hey, good things come to those who wait and are patient. He showed up with his crew on time and busted out the whole job in about an hour. Three down spouts and front and back yard gutters. After the job was done, one of the down spouts was too low for my liking and so he just got his tools and made the adjustment in 5 minutes while I stood there watching his expertise. Cost? Totally beat another quote I had by a thousand bucks. So, long story short, just use him. The work is flawless, his crew was focused on the job, took down and disposed of my old gutters, no extra charge and was gone before i knew it. Contractors can be/ are flaky , but not Felipe'. Felipe is great! Straight forward, make opinions that matters, and ON TIME!! Did an awesome gutter job on our house, he suggested the right product and it made my house look even better. I was afraid of it at first that it might not look good, but turned out awesome. He designed the whole system and carefully laid out the down sprout locations to optimize water flow, even took consideration of the concrete elevation at the base of the house. He is quite busy and may take some time to get back to you, but keep contacting him until he responds, can't get a better one. I'm glad I did that. Felipe is a true professional when installing rain gutters. He came out as promised to give me a reasonable estimate and was able to install them a couple of days later. He makes sure that there enough down spouts so that the water flows properly from the roof. The work is completed accurate by using a level to make sure that there won't be sitting water in the gutters. He makes sure that the work area is left neat and tidy before he leaves.
