My nail tech cut me twice when clipping cuticles and didn't say anything. When she was sanding down the sides of the nail she accidently sanded down my skin to the point where it bled, not once but 4 TIMES. And once again didn't say anything, no apology or even admitting that she did it. Then it took her around 45 minutes to glue the tips of acrylics on and then she rushed and my nails turned out really bad and bumpy and a week later they're lifting. When she was trying to glue the tips on she glued it to my skin so she tried to pull it off with her cuticle cutters and once AGAIN cut me and didn't say anything. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours and left with my fingers aching for the next week. Do not go here unless you want to bleed. :)

I came back same day and asked if we could do a different polish cause the other was old. He said he was too busy and to come back tomorrow at 10am when they open. I scheduled a baby sitter and had to pay her twice. I'm sitting here in the parking lot and it's been 40 minutes and no one is here! I'm just really frustrated because it's a lot to get a baby sitter, leave my son and to pay out the money to get my nails done. Response to the owner: I didn't need to call ahead of time because one of your employees told me to come in at 10am. I will never return here. There are way too many good salons with great customer service in the area. Mostly it's just like a regular nail shop except it's clean as heck which is quite abnormal from my experience most places they just reuse the same stuff on everybody and here in fact they may do the same thing with a nail file but I could see the autoclave in the back, and frankly I don't care because they can paint perfect lines and they take their time I hate it when I get a gel manicure with ragged cuticles and they never do that, it's perfect. 100% recommend this place is so awesome you're gonna love it!

Then she tried to change the color adding a new color that i agreed on But my nails were bigger with so much product on it and some parts without color, on the sides. No, I don't recommend this place because they don't recognize their fault, instead of keep a customer they try to blame you so they don't refund you or at least correct what they did.
