I scheduled a baby sitter and had to pay her twice. I'm sitting here in the parking lot and it's been 40 minutes and no one is here! I'm just really frustrated because it's a lot to get a baby sitter, leave my son and to pay out the money to get my nails done. Response to the owner: I didn't need to call ahead of time because one of your employees told me to come in at 10am. I will never return here. There are way too many good salons with great customer service in the area. I requested a dip powder which the color I asked and the color they put on my nails were different,…read moreso I came next day to correct that and Tracy wasn't nice at all, she tried to blame me for my skin color and that's why the color was different! Then she tried to change the color adding a new color that i agreed on But my nails were bigger with so much product on it and some parts without color, on the sides. No, I don't recommend this place because they don't recognize their fault, instead of keep a customer they try to blame you so they don't refund you or at least correct what they did.
