A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. I used their services a few times but the issues became too many to justify continuing. I did both a deep clean and regular cleanings. They did not do the fridge/freezer during the deep clean (it was discussed this would be done), then when they came back to re-clean the fridge was not up to par. I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail.
