I went in during my lunch break (so I was short on time) and the two ladies that were so pleasant. Katherine and Nancy I think were the names but they were literally so sweet, helped me quickly grab a dressing room and then Katherine was super down to earth and not snobbish the way they usually are at cantera. I loved loved all the things I purchased, especially the huge sale they had, with their help and can't wait to go back. If you like LOFT, this is the one you want to go to!

I bought four pairs and wanted to try them on at home since I've recently gained a bit of weight and pants have been a struggle. I ended up keeping two out of the four, plus I had an online order I needed to return what didn't fit. During that first in-person visit, the associate who helped me was passive-aggressive and rude. I asked her if she could please hold one pair so I could see the total before deciding, and she seemed annoyed by that request. It was uncomfortable. I'm sorry, but I should be able to look at the total before paying so I can decide how much I want to spend. Today, I had to go back and return what simply didn't fit. The same associate was at the register, and she looked me up and down. (Ironically, I was wearing Loft.) I had two separate bags, which she clearly saw. She opened the first bag and proceeded to smell the pants with an offended expression. I guaranteed you that she did that on purpose. I have NEVER had anyone do something like that. Even if that's a store policy, the way she did it was extremely rude. Then she gave me attitude about doing two separate transactions, even though I had no way of knowing they could be combined. Overall, it was just not a great experience.

Barbie is not very impressed and we were coming here to see if they had one particular item that seems to be sold out all over and they didn't. They were friendly enough, and it's a really cool Mall and they have a lot of good stock if you like this kind of thing - but it doesn't really suit Barbie.

The Lululemon stores in big cities seem to understand customer service, and always are so friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what it is about the air in the San Antonio store, or if there is major lack in training, but the selection at this location isn't even worth shopping at. I'll do my shopping online or while I'm traveling instead. :)

They went on and on about how stupid I was to be out in the weather, all the while keeping their heads down and resting at the check outs counter. No attempt to help. At the end the older lady said that she didn't mean to be rude--so even she recognized she went too far. I was at the store for 5 minutes tops and they didn't stop berating me! 6/15/25 at closing, should anyone want to pull footage. Usually I receive so much warmth and help at this location. The girls help me find what I need and are so happy and cheerful. I wouldn't let my one bad experience ruin your shopping!

Took forever and the day I was supposed to pick it up, UO submitted a RETURN TO SENDER request!! After 48 hours of box phasing and multiple phone calls with UPS and UO trying figure out what was going on, I pick up a box that looks like it had been drugged across the US tied to the bumper of the delivery truck. Get home, open the box, and the first pair of shoes I open are NOT the shoes I ordered, which explains why UO submitted the RETURN TO SENDER request. They knew that they had made a mistake. Not one time did they reach out to me to explain what happened. I honestly would have been okay with that. Mistakes happen. But it doesn't end there. I contact UO about the shoes and basically get told "we need a couple of days to think about whether or not we're going to send the shoes you purchased!! Wait what?! Meanwhile, I go back to the website and see that the price of the shoes has now doubled and my size is sold out. I'm speechless at this point. Oh and there are no real people to be found in there customer service support. Just virtual help programmed to provide generic responses to every question. Yes, BUYER BEWARE with this merchant!

I talked to the clerk who said the line was wrapped around the building this morning prior to opening at 10am. Must've been around 200 people!! Well-organized into sections such as dresses, blouses, shirts, leggings & athletic wear, pants, shorts, some belts, hats & purses. Mostly designer names. Alba checked me out after probably a 20-minute wait in the line. She was bubbly & told me about the business & if I had any questions. They take in items for you to sell as well. As I waited to be helped I wandered around the store to see if I might want to take a store credit to be able to get more money for the clothes I was selling. I am not exaggerating, I would not have purchased one item I saw and believe me, I had plenty of time to look! The girl who looked at my clothes to buy just wadded my clothes up rather than put them back the way she received them. I could not say enough negative things about this dump. Don't waste your time!
