I wish I'd checked the reviews BEFORE I made a bunch of online purchases with Urban Outfitters. The first order took forever to arrive but it was a least correct. Second order, HOLY MOLY! Took forever and the day I was supposed to pick it up, UO submitted a RETURN TO SENDER request!! After 48 hours of box phasing and multiple phone calls with UPS and UO trying figure out what was going on, I pick up a box that looks like it had been drugged across the US tied to the bumper of the delivery truck. Get home, open the box, and the first pair of shoes I open are NOT the shoes I ordered, which explains why UO submitted the RETURN TO SENDER request. They knew that they had made a mistake. Not one time did they reach out to me to explain what happened. I honestly would have been okay with that. Mistakes happen. But it doesn't end there. I contact UO about the shoes and basically get told "we need a couple of days to think about whether or not we're going to send the shoes you purchased!! Wait what?! Meanwhile, I go back to the website and see that the price of the shoes has now doubled and my size is sold out. I'm speechless at this point. Oh and there are no real people to be found in there customer service support. Just virtual help programmed to provide generic responses to every question. I love walking around this storee with my boyfriend and getting outfit ideas and spending way too much on the little nicknacks. The other day, however, (January 31 @ around 3pm) I complimented one of the employees on her outfit and without even acknowledging what I said, she paused and rudely responded that she could take my drink to the trash when I was finished with it (insinuating that I was going to leave it somewhere).... I didn't catch her name but she was upstairs folding some men's T's and wearing floral Doc Martin's. The employees there are usually very nice and strike up a conversation, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed for even trying to be nice. read more

I love this Urban Outfitters!! I've been coming to this location since it opened and I've always been able to find awesome clothes and fun gifts in their sale section. Yes, the style is a little bit different, and perhaps edgy but you can find some high quality clothes if you are willing to comb through the racks on the top floor. The best time to buy is when they do 50% off All Sale items (which just happened this past weekend for Black Friday-Sunday). I purchased a beautiful faux leather jacket (original price $99 for $25!!! 75% savings!!!) and two dresses, each originally at $29.99 for $10 each. Besides the merchandise, the customer service is great. I've always had pleasant interactions with the sales staff and they never mind when I bring a ton of clothes to the fitting room. Great store and amazing staff, but just like everywhere else the males selections is small compared to females. Also I've noticed that they don't really update their inventory like other UO I been to before, might be because males don't really shop that much here or idk but maybe try to update a bit more. Other than that it's a very nice store and I do find good clothes here. read more

I'll be honest, I am not narrow enough to fit into all these beautifully brightly printed items BUT I am a huge fan of their little selection of lomography and fuji film instax film/cameras and their second floor housewares section. I go here to get funny gag gifts or accessories for the house especially from the SALE items in the back corner. With that said they even launched a UO APARTMENT section online for home furnishings which I think is cute to mix up with some cheap items and some over priced goods. read more

Had to give these guys a good review! If you're a fan of UO, in the past you had to drive down to Guadalupe in Austin (and that store is totally douche-y). I've giving them 4 stars because each time I go they are out of my size in the item I want. Anyways, I called Friday and the ladies were so helpful! I needed to exchange a waist belt and of course, my size was gone. But they gave me alternatives to getting that belt and were super patient with finding what I needed. I love this store, I only wish it would expand and have more inventory. Their third floor is amazing, they carry all kinds of funny novelty items and their clearance section for these. The womens clearance section for shoes on the 1st floor is also great. read more

I'm not a huge fan of every UO item, but I can usually score some great things on sale. This store seems to have gotten less and less inventory lately. They also have moved their sale section upstairs (don't like), and their home inventory seems to have decreased. The staff there is always kind and helpful, however, which makes up for their lack of inventory at times. read more

Love the store! Great selection of clothes ranging from silly to comfortable to even business appropriate. I like the constant sales and go most often when the seasons are changing to score some cheap deals. I wish there was a larger home section, because the decorations are super cute and much cheaper than similar stores that sell clothes and decorations (cough Anthropologie). The staff is helpful but minds their own business. Always a delight to visit. read more

I was really worried living in somehwat of a small town urban wouldn't be good (lol) but this one actually had a lot of great inventory. They had all the collections and collabs i was looking for. I was shocked. I really wanted to see in person the juicy couture urban outiftters collab before ordering online and they had everything i wanted to see and were super great and helpful when finding sizes. I wish i could go back more..... Gotta save up.Ha! read more

I took away a star because there "home" inventory is tiny, and most of the items here are overpriced. Despite that I like shopping here. Employees don't badger you or try to convince you to buy more, and generally it's neat and carefully organized. They have helped me several times ordering items online. As another reviewer mentioned, the best times to come are when there is a discount on clearance. They don't normally have other promotions. Decor is also super cool. read more
