FYI: Keep your receipts for ROSS as long as possible because, I was turned away last Friday from trying to return some art work I purchased. I decided it wasn't the look I imagined in my head while in the store when I purchased them. So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I felt like this lady little kid or something but, she was actually accepting my return I just let her talk. I have a new outlook on this store location with ROSS staff reprimanding me talking about "this is an outlet or discounted store so, X,y,z..... The whole time I'm looking at her like last...this is a part of shopping. I have the right to purchase, decided it's not the look I images and return items. I was like lady...hush up, I do not have time to hear your mouth. She was hellAH rude on my 1st attempt & today ALMOST was not better with me having to hear this lady reprimand me over returning items. I hope Customer Service Rep- POLICE....was not a Manager/Supervisor cause, she was out of line for her tone & mouthy mean delivery. SMH I have often patronize this store but, they just lost a customer today! So unprofessional. read more

I came here last week to purchase some sweaters for a photoshoot, granted I wanted to find something that my brothers and I could keep. This was my second time coming to Ross and exchanging the items because I bought the wrong size for my brothers whom aren't from GA. I was seen DEMEKA by the second time I had to return and not only did I see her avoid someone in the return line, making me to believe the same would be done to me. I proceeded to stand in the purchase line, after her telling me I could've stood in the return line. However, that isn't what prompted me to leave this review. Today I came in to return the sweaters for LAST time because though we tried them on in store over our clothes the items still didn't work out. ALSO, the return/ exchange cashier, DEMEKA TOOK SEVERAL CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME (the ONLY person in the return line), then I had to run back to the car to get my ID. When I came back she had another person waiting in the return line while she took a purchase with a basket full of clothes, while we waited 4 people accumulated in the line behind me. DEALING with younger boys I wasn't even able to get my items refunded back to my account, because they threw away the receipt and one brother popped the tag. So now I have store credit to a store that NEVER HAS THE FITTING ROOM OPEN!!!! I am disgusted by the lack of communication, because I called you all to check about the return! A THE MANAGER DESIREE COULD DO IS OFFER AND APOLOGY, IN REGARDS TO BEING SHORT STAFFED AND NOT HAVING THE FITTING ROOM OPEN. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION, I suggest you all do the same. No different from SF Bay area Ross Stores. Mediocre merchandise. I rarely buy clothes or shoes here cuz I don't like their apparel. But for rugs and housewares, this is the place. The store was well organized and I saw no clothes on the floor. The so called security guy didn't greet me as I walked in. But I don't find inner city ATL that friendly anyway - that's what the country is about. Great place to get in your 10k steps while waiting for a flight! read more

So I love, love, love Ross and there are none in my area. When I go south, I make a point to go by just to see. Well this time I went in thinking I would find a few items and I was in Ross heaven. I love the way Calvin Klein dresses fit me and guess what? There were tons of them and in my size. I actually had to put some back. They had a great selection to choose from. The store was somewhat busy and there was a long line when I went in. My the time I got in the line, it had gone down but stacked right back up. There were four young ladies on the register. They didn't seem to have s lot of space to put the clothes and didn't have large bags so have to put items in several bags. The person helping me was good. She wasn't super friendly but she did her job. I am excited to wear my new items and soon. If back in town, I will be back. read more

After a stroll to Target for coffee, I see a Ross in the same shopping plaza and decided to check it out for home decor. Upon walking in the security guard tells me I can't bring a drink in the store, although I thought the request was weird I simply asked if I could place my drink on his stand, he said "No, but you can leave." With a smile I turned around and walked out with my money in tow. This is not my first time dealing with an interesting situation at Ross, a few months ago when I walked into the Ross in Smyrna, GA the sensor went off and it went off again when I left although I didn't touch anything. The security guard stopped me and said I need to check your purse but when he saw my purse he said "oh you have a Louis Vuitton, sometimes the sensor is triggered by high end purses." So Ross makes it hard for people who want to enjoy a beverage while shopping, can't carry a high end purse, and the store requires a vigilant security guard. I haven't experienced this at any other store. Not only will I never visit the Ross located in campcreek marketplace in Atlanta, GA again but I will never visit another Ross period. read more

Ross is a discount store for Pretty much everything except groceries. I love coming here especially on Wednesdays I believe they have new shipment and you can find really good deals. Hey who don't like a bargain, depending on the time you go out of the day sometimes parking can be a little crazy but I always get lucky because I go during the day. Overall it's a really good discount store. read more

If i could give this place ZERO stars i would. this ross is absolute TRASH. this is the FIRST ross where they close registers at 9:55. the staff (especially the older lady with the obviously fake curly wig) are completely unsympathetic and horrible with customer service. she needs to find a different profession because this isn't it. workers are seated and not working at ALL. no one offered me help or spoke until i was ready to pay then decided to tell me to come back tomorrow even though the store wasn't closed. this has been by far the worst experience i've had in a Ross store , and this is without mentioning the sub par items inside . I was disappointed in this store as well. I hope it's not a location issue but I came out of this store wondering WTF! It was a little messy but I did find a few items however the prices for Maxi dresses for example were $22. I did see a few ugly dresses for $17. That's still $5 more than what I paid last week at another Ross location. And I am happy that I lost some weight because the Plus size ugly Maxi's were $25. For the ugly one's! read more

Me and my husband just left camp creek location shopping was great once we got to the register cashier Brittany was very unprofessional slamming our perfumes and colognes we was very nice to her there was no reason for her to be so disrespectful one we finished our order she told us to get our bags instead of handing them to us as well as our receipt I have been coming to this location for eight years now and it makes me not want to come back. I called the store after leaving to be told there was no manger working in the store. Brittany needs to be told to treat customers with respect leave your problems at the door before coming to work. read more

I loved this Ross--Until today. They recently got a new security guard. It's a white Lady with long white hair (her description is unrelated but just so you know who I'm talking about). I have been in this Ross PLENTY of times. I usually make it a day of store hopping and start at target where I get a coffee from Starbucks. Finish there and go down to Marshall's, Ross, and TJ Maxx meaning I invest in all the sister stores. I'm an adult and my coffee is a part of my shopping experience. This day I get to ross and this woman (the security officer) stops me on the entrance ON THE MAT with my grandmother and informs me I can not continue my shopping experience and I must leave due to my coffee. Mind you I have been in this exact store with a coffee and none of the other security officers have mentioned this "rule". It is not posted anywhere and Ross sells beverages right at the front where I was stopped. I either had to leave or chug my new coffee so we left. I had intentions of doing some winter shopping but instead I left and will spend my money elsewhere. Also once I made it outside another customer informed me she was forced to throw her ice cream away because she made it past the lady without her noticing. That is harassment and in once sitting she lost 4 customers because another lady was upset at how she spoke to us. Imagine how many more are to follow. Do better and remove this lady and make your rules make sense. Your sister stores on both sides don't have this rule by the way. read more

I've been to this Ross a dozen times seeing as I used to live in the area and it was extremely close. I moved out of the area a few years ago and hadn't went back since, however, recently my boyfriend moved in the area so I decided today to pop back in and see what they had. First off, it was a complete mess. Most avid Ross shoppers, such as myself, know that Saturday's is one of the busiest days at Ross so I wasn't too surprised, however, it made just walking inside uncomfortable because you felt like you were going to step on everything on the floor. I put most of that blame on the customers though. Many associates tried their best to get the racks back clean and orderly but the customers just kept taking it upon themselves throw items they didn't want on the floor instead of just putting them back where they found it. The people in this particular area are what make shopping at this particular Ross extremely unpleasant. To call them inconsiderate would be a total understatement. I distinctly remember standing next to a middle-aged woman while browsing through the junior dresses who dropped several items off the rack and instead of just picking them up she decides to kick it under the rack. Everyone was just being loud, rude, and it was apparent they lacked basic manners. To add to the list, the racks were packed so tightly I could barely navigate through them. The shoe racks were all dismantled. This store was in complete disarray. Despite that, Every one of the associates were kind and dressed very well and were all extremely professional. The line had atleast 30 people in it and I waited in line a max of 5 minutes. They were all extremely quick and got the line down really fast which was impressive. Overall, I will probably go back but I advise against shopping on a Saturday afternoon. It's a headache. read more

I've gone often to check it out in the past six months hoping it would get better. Store messy, not near as many nice items to choose from in all departments as other locations. Two stars cause they do carry my favorite choclates when in stock. read more
