My daughter and I went into their store after losing everything in a house fire. My daughter being a teenager does not let anyone help her with things like clothing not even me. But when I tell you that Queing gained her trust and fitted her for several undergarments & jeans. My baby walked out the dressing room smiling! Tears started rolling. My blood sugar dropped while in there and the Manager went in the back and got me peanut butter crackers and a reesescup. They were a huge comfort to us when we were at the lowest we have ever been. A lot of time we take things for granted, until it happens to us. Ladies, if you want to be among professionals that want to genuinely help you? You need to give them a visit! I was ignored completely by both store employees "working" today. One was too busy on a personal phone call, while the other preferred to hide in the back. For being the only customer in the store, it was very obvious they do not care about selling men's clothing. Thankfully Oxford Street is also in Bridge st, and as soon as I walked in Mike greeted me and had me in a great suit within 10 minutes.

Poor lady was working the only register handling all the checkout, returns, and pickups. Apparently all the cashiers called out. I gave the employee my address, however, she failed to enter it correctly. When I received the notification to my email and saw that the address was missing my apartment number, I immediately contacted customer service, but they took a week and a half to respond to me. They then told me it was too late to fix my address (obviously, because they took so long to respond) This whole situation was their fault. Their employee failed to enter in my information correctly. I gave her the correct address but she did not enter it. They knew that the package wasn't going to be delivered, not because of my mistake but because of their employee's ineptitude. And instead of actually owning the fact that this was THEIR problem, they brushed me off. They could have fixed the problem (by maybe resending the shoes I ordered to the correct address, since the ones I ordered are being sent back to them) But they chose to not fix anything. I don't know why I thought I should support this company. What awful customer service. I am incredibly disappointed.
