I was ignored completely by both store employees "working" today. One was too busy on a personal phone call, while the other preferred to hide in the back. For being the only customer in the store, it was very obvious they do not care about selling men's clothing. Thankfully Oxford Street is also in Bridge st, and as soon as I walked in Mike greeted me and had me in a great suit within 10 minutes.

The petites section is smaller than some other stores I have been too but still a decent selection. As always aloft always runs excellent sales and I know to never buy anything from here that isn't marked down bc sales happen so frequently. The dressing room is a nice size and even on Black Friday or busy shopping days I have never had to wait for a room to come available. Great store overall with friendly employees.

I came in today and waited over 30 minutes to pick up my one item I ordered online for customer…read morepickup because they only had one person working the whole front end. Poor lady was working the only register handling all the checkout, returns, and pickups. Apparently all the cashiers called out. It's not her fault but whoever the manager/leaders of that store should have stepped up and gotten her the help she needed and to make sure their customers were being taken care of.

Yesterday I decided to take my only off day and go shopping. I had my son and his 2 friends with…read moreme. While we were in Kohls I noticed we were being followed by security. As I was looking at pet clothes for my puppy, my son asked if he could go in Sephora to see what cologne he wanted. I told him to go ahead and I was coming in a second. As I was leaving the pet clothes I saw a lady and a tall bald man watching me. As I kept walking up the aisles I saw and heard another lady request security to go to Sephora. He literally watched us the whole time we were there! I will never come back. I work way too hard and spent way too much money. This is literally the second time I have had an experience like this at this Kohls. To be stereotyped and profiled is crazy. I work almost 80 hours a week and deserve to be able to shop where I choose. But, I will never come back to Kohls!!
