I figured I would leave the tape woth him for a couple of days or so. He told me he would be able to have it done by the end of the day. Rather than drive to Hartford and wait, I spent some time in the town. He texted me around 4pm, sooner than I expected and that I could pick it up. He provided the tape and the digitized recording of it on a thumb drive. On the drive back I listened to it all the way home. Sounded great He was professional, kind and attentive.
