(Yep, I unfortunately was that person today.) I was faced with patience, grace, and kindness from the same wonderful man who answered the phone at 6:50 pm. I told him I was coming from Staples, my ETA was 656, and I know they close at 7 and I'm so sorry. He was calm and assured me that I can come anyway. He waited for me. I was frantic and squirrelly af making sure I had everything my friend needed and if it was done correctly. Thank you for staying open an extra 5 minutes for me. I will definitely tell anyone and everyone to come here for mail or to get things notarized!! Reasonably priced. Thank you for being kind while the world is not so much right now. There was one lady handling two customers at any given time, and she looked overwhelmed, and it's clear they are understaffed. She was nice, but her coworker was not. The older man was busy with his own customers, while that blonde guy in the back was throwing peoples packages around, and mumbling all kinds of hateful things. I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. It took 20 minutes despite only four customers being there, and I was so uncomfortable the entire time.
