Very poor service. Even worse workmanship. Does not stand behind their work. The roof was leaking after 9 years, we were still under warranty! Todd didn't want to come out until the next day. It was an emergency, so I called another roofer and they came out that night. Todd wanted me to have a tenant take a screwdriver and poke a hole in the ceiling and wait until the next morning! Today we had a major leak around our solar tube. Water was leaking down the side of the tube into the house. I called Raindance and spoke to Todd, who gave me a few ranges in prices based on the conversation. He was very upfront about an "emergency service call" and could not guarantee a fix could happen but they would do their best. The rain was going to be starting again this evening and I knew we needed to try. I could not be happier with the service and outcome!! Alonso and Oscar were able to fix the issue!! Todd came out to do a roof inspection on the home I was purchasing. I could not have been happier with the service he provided. He was incredibly thorough and patiently answered every question I had. He then provided me a multiple page written report on the condition the the roof, any issues he found, and his recommendations for mitigation. Raindance made a lot of promises, but in the end they exceeded all of them. Some highlights include replacing 80% of the wood, providing high quality shingling, replacing vents and capping old ones, daily clean-up of worksite for a 5 day project, detailed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance, and removal/proper disposal of old materials no longer needed. Like a lot of other people, I discovered I had major roof problems during the rainstorms last winter. I had 3 separate bids to replace my roof...all of which were right around the same price. I decided to go with Raindance because Todd, the owner, actually brought me up on my roof and showed me what all my issues were. During the winter I noticed that we had a leak along the main ridgeline of our roof. I called a few roofing companies to get estimates and all were way out of our budget. When I called Raindance Roof Company and spoke to Todd the owner, he spoke to me like he cared and treated me like a real person and not just out to look for another job. I consulted with many roofers for bids. Todd and company did not come in the lowest, but I felt more comfortable with Todd and his knowledge. I was 100% correct.
