On another order I asked to have new bathroom viny, floor installer tells sales person they're is nothing wrong with the floor Denise, suggested a different idea for laundry rm.?! In fact the Bath lanolin had been water damaged, discolored, bubbling by toilet and when ripped up subfloor a wax ring needed replaced. I still continue to use Factory Flooring until the owner didn't like it when I I complained that installer wouldn't put old cleaned carpet in storage there, Installer saw a rattlesnake hissing earlier when retrieving materials for job there, he reused to put old carpet in covered storage so it was put in back of a truck. . I agreed too. Hers the topper he took left over laminate and key to storage, and Denise sales asked me what I want to do with it? Well since Factory Flooring is well aware I live in LA and Denise would hold key and laminate, That is when I said I don't want this guy installing my flooring on the next install, that was being placed. He is very clean and very respectful of the clients property. This was a very pleasant experience. I was worried about a company coming out and taking advantage of my elderly mother, however he was very professional, and did extra work that was not included in the estimate for no charge because he thought it would bother my mom to see the tiles if they were not perfect. He was able to replace and match the cracked tiles so you would not even know they were not the originals. Thank you so much Charlie, you and your company are a great example of what all companies should strive for.

[From Google Reviews]…read more Horrible customer service. No communication. Been waiting weeks to get my floor fixed. Everything was great until we got to the installer point. We had no idea when they were going to do it as they haven't contacted us at all. Then randomly one day we get a message, "hey are you free right now?" Like are you serious? I just moved into the new house and haven't moved the boxes out of the way. Luckily I just got off work and was able to move the boxes out of the way and do the install, but there was no communication of "hey what time and day works for you?" Like what? We were completely in the dark. After the floors were installed, in every room (3 rooms) there were air bubbles in the floor or something because when I walk over it, it feels like an air bubble. We have a slab foundation so there should be no creaking (correct me if I'm wrong). Not only that but the caulking applied to the baseboards was just smeared all over the wall. There's also a bump underneath the vinyl, like they left a screw or something underneath it. It's like cracking through the vinyl board now. Overall the job was messy and did not look good at all. When you're paying 4k+ for some new floors, this is very disappointing. Been on customer service for weeks with Jared, all he tells me is that the contractor will contact me within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 days and he tells me YET AGAIN to wait 5 more business days. Mind you, I waited more than that because I wanted to give the contractor a couple more days. So in reality it was more like 8-9 days the first time and 6-7 days the second time. He finally promotes my case to the higher ups. Now I'm with someone named Omar who is handling my case. Once again no communication apart from the automated messages. I've emailed him 3 times. No response. At least I was getting somewhat of a response with Jared. TLDR: Bad communication, Horrible job, Worst customer service. Will never go through, or recommend LLFlooring.
