Somehow there was a miscommunication on what color of lights to install this year and they installed Green/Red lights instead of multicolor (Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Red, etc). I talked to Taira Shopp about it and she had their crew come out the next day to change the lights. We are very happy with their service. Their crews are polite and careful not to damage our landscaping and cleaned up afterwards. They are a great company that backs there service to make sure you are happy.

Although other gutter services have blown the leaves off the roof, without prior disclosure Schopp collected, bagged, and hauled the leaves off the roof. The final bill was inflated with an additional charge for the collection and removal of 3 bags of debris at $26 a bag. And the bags that I saw were less than half full. The request for an adjustment was disregarded.

We recently had service when they power washed water sprayed into the outdoor outlet, and it caused the circuit to short out and it blew out two outlets and caused our internet router to short out. So we have to replace the outlets and get our internet fixed, its going to take more time and money. Jim refused to be accountable and own up to his mistakes and he said it was "our fault" when in the past his men have always took great care and avoid the outlets when power washing. Unless things are restituted, we will have to go with someone else next time. Pretty sad to end a ten year business relationship with someone you trusted.

He estimated the job fairly I suppose and he offered to get it done right then and offered a discount for it.
