Very delicious breakfast and good portion size. When you book your room make sure you add the breakfast option!

Jessica, my waitress was really awesome and very friendly and helped me pick out some really great things on the menu. I had the Reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries. The German pretzel bites with beer, cheese and the churros with ice cream and a few beers and I have to say the prices are excellent and the food is incredibly good and I don't say that lightning most dive bars are just good for the ambience and a few cheap drinks. This place is great all around. Also, their patio area is dog friendly, so I was able to bring my little furry friend with me and he hung out and laid down near the table. Another bonus.

Met up with a few guys here after work on a Friday and the place was packed. Definitely a lively…read morelocal hotspot vibe. You can tell right away this is the kind of place regulars come back to often. Food I didn't try much food, but I did have the cheese crisp and it was solid. Light, flaky, and more like an open-faced tostada than a quesadilla. It came topped with green chili and chicken, and everything worked well together. Based on that, I'd expect the rest of the menu to be consistent, even if it's not trying to reinvent the wheel. Service Service was efficient, especially considering how busy it was. No complaints here... you can tell the staff knows how to handle a full house and keep things moving. Ambience This is where the place stands out. The vibe feels like a food network designed a biker bar, but in a fun, not over-the-top way. It's also apparently a Kansas City Chiefs bar, which adds to the identity. There was a live band playing early 2000s rock hits, which kept the energy up. Crowd was friendly overall, very much a neighborhood crowd. Overall This isn't a destination bar, but it's a really solid go-to if you live nearby. Think of it as an elevated dive/sports bar with a strong local following. Good drinks, good energy, and a place that does what it's supposed to do well.

They are incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Not only are their drinks consistently excellent, but they handle busy nights with an impressive level of calm and efficiency. Even when the bar is packed, they remember orders, keep a positive attitude, and make sure guests feel taken care of. That kind of service is rare. What really sets them apart is their personality and work ethic. They create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. You can tell they care about both the customers and the success of the business. Every time I visit, I see them going above and beyond, helping coworkers, keeping things organized, and maintaining a great vibe for everyone around them. Employees like this are a huge asset to any establishment, and in my opinion, they absolutely deserve recognition!

The bartenders are amazing however we are sad our normal peeps have left. Tonight Sean KILLED it with us and so glad he was still there since first meeting him on Halloween. Honestly the reason for 4 stars is the fact the drunken wifey is gone and the 3% credit card fee. We have been coming here for a little over 5 years and never had to pay that. Wild change and slightly bs. You already charge a lot for food and drinks (increases over the years are noticeable with management changes) but when you always have a rather large bill usually $700-sometimes over $1000 depending on the kind of evening we're having it is going to be very noticeable. A change like that needs to be more obvious, minus a little print at the bottom of the menu. No one even noticed (since we really didn't need the menu to order) nor did our server. It truly makes me want to give you a three star but I can't discredit the hard working staff and people in the kitchen, as it is clearly the change of new management and the "rebuild" from the beginning of the year. It speaks volumes to a group that has been dedicated to the Americano since March of 2020 and now makes us wonder if it's time to move onto a different restaurant.

Good drinks, great music, friendly service, and tasty food. What more do you need to know?…read more The place gets busy, so it is probably a good idea to make a reservation. We got lucky and secured one in the middle of the dinner rush, which meant we were able to eat at prime time at a local favorite. We arrived a bit early, so we stopped by the bar for cocktails and ordered the Paloma Spritz and the El Matador. I am not usually a cocktail person since many tend to be too sweet, but the bartender made an effort to tone down the sweetness, which I appreciated. For food, we ordered the soft pretzels with provolone dip, which is apparently a must-have, along with the spicy shrimp crispy rice and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pretzels and cheese did not disappoint. The pizza was solid for a Detroit-style pie, with dough that was airy and light rather than dense. The spicy shrimp crispy rice was good (My pic shows two pieces, but the dish comes with four. I forgot to take a picture before we started eating). The rice itself was done very well, though I would have preferred a bit more spice and no mint garnish. And the monkey bread and ice cream rounded the meal off just right. I know Culinary Dropout is a small chain, but if I get another opportunity to visit another location, I would definitely check it out if the experience is as good as this one.

We wish we could remember her name to give her credit! On May 12th, one in our party received a filthy menu. When the menu was taken to the front desk, the reply was that the menu was wet from a water glass. HUMM, no one on our table had been given water yet! Then it was, "oh it is the menu sanitizer", REALLY? No apologies. Off to go wash hands...cool, modern bathroom! Some of the food highlights from our 2 dinners: The pigs in a blanket came with a tasty honey mustard dip. The prosciutto deviled eggs were delicious, but salty and I didn't think all the saltiness came from the finely diced prosciutto. The chopped chicken salad was a hearty portion and had a nice mix of contents. The chicken katsu sandwich was a really good concept/idea with a great execution. The prime rib dip was very tender, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was not any saltier than what is offered elsewhere. The spicy rigatoni had a little kick, wonderfully elevated comfort food. A perfect stick to your ribs Italian dish!. The monkey bread was raved about and devoured.
