Then when I got back to the hotel I also noticed some really bad scratches below the license plate on the rear door. Long straight vertical lines caused by the "Soft Cloth" roller washer. I should have stayed away when I saw it was an unattended car wash where you just enter your payment into an automated pad. I called the number listed for the place and I just get security and battery information for the automated equipment at the car wash - can't even leave a voice mail!
