However, over the past two years I have spent close to two thousand dollars in repairs. The last three repairs.... $300+ April , 2025., $600+ November/ 2024 & $700+ August/2024. There are more repairs but, those are a few examples. I have been told by the mechanics themselves they run diagnostic to see what the problem is. And yes I'm their defense my car is a 2001 Honda Accord, I am disabled and cannot afford another car at this time. However, if they believed the car has reached its end, why keep almost literally stealing my money. The truth could've saved me thousands. So, six days after my car breaks again l, called to report the problem . The rude phone attendant told me "yeah just have it towed there & it's gonna be about a week!" I stated, "my car was just there six days ago, you had it for a week already, you had it for a week a few months ago as well and I'm not paying for yet another tow!" He told me he could have the car towed on Monday, claimed to write down my address and phone number, that was a week ago today and still no call, no apology, no professionalism, no customer support. I am disappointed beyond measure & disappointed that a good mechanic/owner let poor staff ruin his once reputable business.

They have gone out of their way for every service that I have needed in the past and have done excellent work. They are the best in the city and they do not skimp or rip anybody off and they always do a phenomenal job regardless of what it is. They did take care of the services that I had requested. i've gone for an oil change. I have had rewire my truck, and they even went out of their way to make sure that there was a proper amount of air in my tires. They just go above and beyond. I actually have to call them today I won't go anybody else.

I had a dent on my bumper that was preventing me from passing my state inspection (even though it's…read morepassed for the last 10 years), so I called up Mike's to talk about options. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

Many months later, I received a letter from BMW that a particular component was now under warranty, which was the first service that Brums had repaired. Sean from Brums was so patient, and helped with multiple requests from BMW to have the repair retroactively covered. This was months after the fact, and I'm not sure many repair shops would have taken so much time to help. If my car needs service, this is where it will continue to go!

I also received a "friendly" reminder text on Sunday about my appointment on Monday. Fast forward to Monday morning I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment at 8am. Imagine my surprise when I see a sign on the door that states they are closed. Amazing customer service. (sarcasm) I'm sure others had this same issue. Maybe online booking isn't for Henry's.
