Failed to tighten lug nuts on tires after rotating tires. They weren't even finger tight. Hubby made them come to house to tighten them. Yes a wheel could have come off if hubby didn't discover it. 2. Overfilled the oil on same truck. 3. Failed to tighten bolts on brake caliper after installing rear brakes. This failed on a trip we were on pulling a travel trailer. We had to drive over a 100 miles to fimd a place to stay and find someone to fix it. They paid for the repair. We have never been back. This could have been disastrous for us. I took my car in for an oil change. 1st they told me I was a day early. I was not. Then they changed my oil for me. Put a new sticker on my car showing next oil change wss due at a mileage less than when I brought it in. They are nice people, but they are incompetent. Buyer beware. We have not been back and do not tecommend them.

While we waited, they removed the tire, repaired it and returned the car to us. Maybe not anything to be excited about but they didn't charge me a penny. They stayed after hours and did the job because we were a little desperate. The folks behind the counter were super, Dion and Lakota, the technician did a great job Adrian. I want to thank everyone there for getting us back on the road. Very friendly and courteous would recommend them for any automotive work.

He said the mechanic took a look at it and that it needed $1,500 worth of 'small repairs', but REFUSED TO TELL US what was actually wrong with the vehicle saying that their mechanic 'just left for another shop and he couldn't ask him'. At that point, my girlfriend was on the fence about buying the car because of the condition, and the sales guy pushed her saying 'I'm losing money on this car, I know you want it so let's just start the paperwork' and started the paperwork anyways. After she and I talked at his desk for maybe thirty minutes, we decided to ask if we could look at another Subaru they had instead. I paid for a car fax report on the second car that did not show any major issues, and he stated that the car was in good condition, and that it had been traded in three months after the last purchase because 'the woman ended up having triplets and needed a bigger vehicle'. I should have know he was lying through his teeth. We did a shorter test drive and it seemed okay, and the interior was in supposedly better condition than the previous one. She bought the car, since her old one was literally about to die. They pushed a warranty that she did not buy because the vehicle already went over the loan amount she was initially approved for and money is very tight for us right now. Within a WEEK, the car stopped working. The catalytic converter is f*cked, and after finally being able to take it to a mechanic this week, almost two full months later, the car needs $6,700 IN REPAIRS, ALMOST 80% OF THE AMOUNT SHE PAID FOR IT. They KNEW about these issues and sold her the car anyways! So now she doesn't have a car, and has to go back to work next week after being out for three months. Neither of us make enough to be able to buy ANOTHER NEW FRACKING CAR AFTER THE ONE SHE JUST BOUGHT DOESN'T FRACKING WORK. So thanks, Oly Auto Sales, for being the shittiest dealership to EVER exist!

Over the last 7 years I've bought 4 vehicles from JMJ auto. All 4 of them have ended up having…read moreproblems that need repaired. Subaru Forester 2007-overheating problem, Mercury mountaineer-window motor problem, door latches seizing up, Ford Expedition-transmission problems, $20,000 Ford F-150 2013-manifold leak/failed turbo. The mechanic at the shop was nice about helping me diagnose a few check engine lights. Unfortunately after about two years of owning the truck, one of the turbos started to fail and a manifold leak developed. Every time I approached the shop to try and get this figured out, the lead mechanic seemed short/annoyed with me on trying to get this fixed. I'm sure he had a lot of work going, and that was probably the case. This ended up being a 5,000 fix at another mechanic. For every vehicle I purchased I paid over the blue book value on the vehicle. This company goes off of NANDA ratings which runs a little higher than KBB. I paid relatively higher interest rates on the vehicles I purchased. The front office staff is really organized and helpful with purchases, payments, and getting things addressed if you notice problems a few miles down the road that end up appearing.
