It's a good gym but when you want to Cancel your membership they will say they did but will continue to charge. It's been 2 years since I been there (canceled membership) they still continue to try to charge my card! Then they want to hit with a 10$ decline fee. First off, It would seem that the previous one * rating for this gym is very miss leading. This is a fitness center, part new school, old school and cross fit with a plethora of other venues....what more could you ask for. They offer a multitude of classes, workout programs and options to workout with. The owner and staff are VERY knowledgeable on fitness theory and nutrition. I've been working out for 50 yrs and this place works for everyone. read more

I went here for a year and a half, within that time frame I entered the gym probably 12-20 times, there was some issues at first but I wrote it off, started to use my home gym and continued paying to show support for a local gym. There were more issues than I wanted to accept at first, a lack of transparency, a lack of knowledgeable employees (recently hired a competent individual for business administration), payment processing issues, random determinations for additional up charges (which can be normal) what is not normal is a lack of responsiveness, difficulty getting answers, and a lack of proper billing statements in congruence with dealing with these issues. There is a cult like mentality due to this being a small town gym and all the youth, seniors, regular people involved in its ongoing and out goings. One thing I realized is that the owner seems like a very nice person, being in the same business for many years myself I remember everyone I speak with, not just the ones that pay for training, or toot your horn upon your request, because you've provided them with specific positivities. I think many people could actually benefit from this gym in theory, but I'm doing my due diligence by setting this due to having brought and referred so many people here! Then I found out after all the other horror stories UNRESOLVED. Also how people that aren't the owners "friends" get treated negatively. There's no need for a person to go on and on there are others things I could say but if you are not dialed in to this town and it's events, or with the owner specifically (who struggles to remember those who aren't paying extra) or spending special time there. Don't go here. Work out at home find a cheaper gym that does business legally in all ways. It's not worth the hope and heart ache. Sorry for writing such a negative review but after all the time money and positivity spent hopefully this brings good balance. And reminds this company and the owner to dig deeper, stop being so full of yourself, and do what's right. Not what you've built up to feel comfortable and well profitable with. read more
