This was my first time ever at a Raising Cane's. The food was amazing. However, this location had air blasting it felt like winter inside. Additionally, the professionalism of the people working was terrible. Screaming and laughing at each other like it's social hour while people were waiting for their food and people had yet to order. The food was good, I just so disappointed with the professionalism.

Probably the best chicken tenders of all restaurant chains. If you've had it, then you know they use quality poultry that is delicious, not at all chewy, and doesn't have questionable pieces of "meat" on the inside. Very impressed with my two visits, one here in Harrisburg and a previous stop in Minneapolis. My only issue here was they had only one register open so the wait to order seemed longer than necessary. That might be due to food preparation times, so maybe it makes sense since people are going to wait either way... Texas toast, coleslaw and fires were outstanding and the lemonade was really good. All part of the Caniac Combo for around $18. Good deal and a perfect amount of food for two people. Modern, little store with a drive-through. A little small for the high demand for the first of its kind in the area, but at least we now have one here in Harrisburg. We'll be back!

I decided to try Raising Cane's while chasing around doing errands. Since the place is relatively new, I used the mobile ordering option for a "Three Fingers Combo." The pickup time estimate was about 10-12 minutes which was fine with me. The web ordering was pretty straightforward and didn't require an app. The restaurant was busy as expected but my order was waiting and accurate. The staff was clearly hustling and the location seemed neat and cleab. The chicken fingers are fine, but not so special that I'd go out of my way. As others have noted, they aren't spiced and are light on any seasoning overall. The Cane's dipping sauce was different, but also nothing to rave about. Chicken is a tough market these days, with even a very large national chain (formerly known for its "Nuggets") vastly improving its chicken offerings. Overall, Cane's is certainly worth trying if you're in the area but not necessarily worth a special trip. I have no complaints but not really any "raves" to share.

The chicken fingers are very good. The sauce, Cole slaw, & Texas Toast are good as well. The cashier didn't care enough not bother to get my name correctly, making it more difficult to get my food, as they call out by name. However, the dining room attendant was kind enough to bus our table for us. There are booths, high tables, and regular tables. There are 2 handicapped parking spots near the entrance.

This is the first Raising Canes in Central Pennsylvania and my first time eating at one. I ordered THE BOX COMBO® 4 Chicken Fingers 1 Cane's Sauce® Crinkle-Cut Fries Texas Toast & Coleslaw 22oz Fountain Drink/Tea $12.29. Tenders were fresh and very temperature hot, they don't seem to put a lot of seasoning on the tenders like some restaurants and that ok with me. The rest of the meal was very fresh and tasty.

Not bad chicken even if they messed up my order. We wanted to try the tea and they gave us soda.

Food was fresh. The place was packed which is a good sign. Made a quick stop during a road trip. Would recommend 10/10.

We stumbled upon The Sandwich Man while driving from New Jersey to Smith Mountain Lake for vacation…read moreand needed a quick lunch. This place was exactly what we were hoping to find. If you're looking for a freshly made sandwich on great bread with quality cold cuts, this is the place. If you're expecting a typical Subway-style franchise sandwich, keep driving. The service was friendly, the sandwiches were delicious, and everything tasted fresh.

That was the best spot to get some food to recharge, so I decided to take a walk down memory lane and get an Italian sub when I got off of work. The staff was inviting, and the place still looked and smelled the same as it did when I was a kid. There was plenty of meat on the sub with all the fixings, and of course, I complemented it with plain Middleswarth chips. Being from Pennsylvania, you have to eat it with Middleswarth chips! My mouth was drooling looking at the sub, even though the roll itself felt very hard. With the first bite, I went right down memory lane, sitting in my grandfather's green Ford Ranger. I scarfed it down, but well... I was disappointed. The bread was so hard that it almost scratched the roof of my mouth. The cheese was just bland, not bursting with flavor, and the salami and pepperoni slices had no flavoring to them at all. I think the only thing that saved it was the hot peppers that I added. To make matters worse, I also noticed the bathrooms were dirty, which is never a good sign. I also felt very slow and sluggish afterward. I don't think food is supposed to do that; food is supposed to give you energy, not slow you down. I do not recommend this place for a sub at all. I'd rather get one from a pizza shop or even Sheetz--and I think all Sheetz food tastes like cardboard, but that's just me. I hope my review helps you decide where to get your sub next!

My first home is New York City, my second home is Philadelphia, and now my third home--due to just…read morehaters--is Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This is probably the reason most entertainers and people of fame who come from Harrisburg move away and don't say they are from there But anyway... Me, having Philly family and being a Philly fan of everything, especially those Eagles (don't stop reading because of that!), I had a chance to get a cheesesteak from South Philly Hoagie, and let me tell you, I was impressed. The bread makes everything, and then of course the meat. I ordered mine with mayonnaise, cheese whiz, and of course, mushrooms. Now, I did order it through the Uber Eats app, and I wish I could've added provolone, but I never had to add pizza sauce to my cheesesteak until today. I'm glad I did! It made it pop, even though it was missing that provolone. One thing I do wish is that they would actually take the bread and get some of that steak juice right on the bun. Other than that, I'm not mad at it. Of course, it's not Philly. It didn't bounce me right back to the hometown of Will Smith, and it didn't have me saying "I'M A WORK OF ART." However, I was pleased and satisfied. Maybe the flavoring can hold me over until my next pay next week so I can take a train down to Philly. The French fries were amazing, if I must say. The sub was plenty full and had plenty of meat on it. If you asked me, "Would I buy this again?" Yes, I definitely would! And I would do it over-the-counter so I can have it my way, like Burger King!
