Cashier was friendly and asked all the right questions. My food came out fast and it was too hot to eat at first. When I was able to start eating, I realized I'd forgotten to grab napkins, but the same cashier who'd greeted me stopped by my table at that moment and asked if I needed napkins and grabbed them for me. We love Raising Canes. It's something my little one will eat without question and she only eats certain foods. We stopped by because we were close by and the drive through was pretty quick. It had two lanes to place orders then it funnels to one lane to pay and pick up food. I placed my order, but when I got to the window the kids meal was missing. I asked and she said I wasn't charged for it. I asked if I could order right then and there and she said yes and processed the extra order right away. The drive through lanes were clean. Food was very good, but service needs work. The food was super delicious compared to other locations that I usually go to. The chicken and fries were fresh and crispy! The restaurant itself was fairly clean and had a good amount of seating. There wasn't a line when we came in, however, yet it took a while for the workers to take our order. We didn't have to wait super long for our food, though, which was nice. It wasn't until a couple of hours after we left that we realized the cashier forgot to give us our change back. This made me quite upset, but it was also my fault for not checking at the time. We were gonna go back, but felt that it wasn't worth it and just thought of it as giving them a tip. Service has always been pretty good here, but that's about it. Their chicken tender portions have gotten smaller, but their prices remain high. Even their breading on the chicken seems off. When they first opened, their tenders were a decent size, now they're almost like children's size. I'm not the only one that has noticed. Tues 2/7/23 - came in for lunch at 1:30 with my family and the manager had the music blaring inside the restaurant. We asked the worker at the register to turn it down so we could sit inside and she said it's just how the manager likes it and didn't ask about turning it down. My honey and I shared the Caniac Combo which is six chicken strips, two sauces, a ton of fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw. It was plenty of food for us. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce is a mayonnaise and ketchup situation, similar to a remoulade. The fries and toast were fine, although my favorite side was the coleslaw. Drive thru service was quick and super friendly. I would definitely consider returning when in the area and in need of a quick (and fast) bite. read more

They asked us to pull into the parking stall & they'd bring our food out. 13 MINUTES LATER, I went inside to see what was going on and was told our order got skipped & they were trying to fix it. 4 more min later, they finally brought out our food, no extra crispness, soggy bread and lukewarm fries. Grand opening of this location in Murrieta, and I wasn't able to come yesterday so here I am today!! The staff here is wonderful!! Jenna was so friendly and Caesar was super cool too! They were all so nice and welcoming and the food was fresh and delicious! The staff came around a few times asking if we needed anything. Checked on us often and brought napkins when we asked for them. I always love service with a smile, and this place gives you just that and more! She greeted every guest as they walked in and as she was even sitting down on her break made sure to even say good bye to us. She was very vocal in the kitchen with her team giving them praise.
