What made the experience even more frustrating was how my phone call was handled. When I asked for the names of the employees I was speaking with, I felt like I was being given the runaround and they did not want to provide their names. I wasn't calling to argue--I was calling because I had a legitimate concern about how my food was handled and wanted someone to take it seriously. I understand that gloves may not be required in every food-preparation situation, but seeing someone directly handle the tortilla, chicken, and other ready-to-eat ingredients with bare hands made me uncomfortable. The way my concern was handled over the phone only made the experience worse. I hope management addresses both the food-handling practices and the way customer concerns are handled.

I tried both the rotisserie and fried chicken, along with the rice, fries, and tortillas. Unfortunately, the rotisserie chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The fried chicken had a bit more seasoning but was still quite dry. The rice was disappointing it wasn't cooked properly and tasted old. And what made matters worse, the crispy shrimp was overcooked, so I traded one of my white fish filets for the overcooked shrimp. And the filet I had left, cold in the middle! Ugh...I don't plan on coming back to this location again. It was all just a huge disappointment. At least we got a stitch bag, so that was the win of the day. ‍ It just felt like they didn't really care to be there. I mean, when I was getting some katsu sauce, the cashier was cleaning the counter and kind of just swiped everything quickly, having them hit the wall and then the back of the sauce dispensers. All they have to do is listen with their ears, and not with their eyes and they can do better. For now, I would steer clear of this place, the food has been lack luster at best lately getting smaller than normal pieces and burnt food constantly. Arguing with staff over who started it is the last thing I look forward to when paying for food. The wait for food here is so long, who wants to wait twice for bad food? Ill not be going back.
