I recently came in yesterday night with my family, and WOW have I missed the food here! The breadsticks are amazing and my favorite from here! And the customer service is amazing, our server Mariah helped us out, you can tell she really cares about her customers and makes sure everything is spot on, one thing that caught my attention is how energetic and efficient she is! First and last time coming here. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, they gave me a buzzer and told me to wait. I sat in my car for 40 minutes and the buzzer never went off. I ended up waiting close to an hour for absolutely nothing. When I finally went back inside to check on my order, the staff treated me poorly and acted like I was inconveniencing them for asking about food I had already paid for. No apology, no explanation. To make it worse, when I finally received my food, it was completely cold. On top of that, two of my sauces were open and leaking all over the bag, and one of the sauces literally had hair in it. They refused to allow us to eat inside. We walked in at 9:06 had about 10 people waiting for their food. Nobody was allowed to eat inside. Have the restaurant had the lights off they said it's company policy anywhere that I have dying. They start to close and clean after the guests are gone. These employees are not interested in a revenue for the company. I would definitely consider changing the crew. They were all cleaning and making sure they get out at 9:31. I've always seen business hours are for business. They were definitely cutting it short trying to leave at five minutes after the business closes. read more

I had placed my order to go and I had asked for no carrots to make all veggies to be celery (due to a family members allergy) on the receipt it stated my order correctly but when the order came out it had the carrots. I placed my order at 6 p.m., but it wasn't ready until nearly 7:30 p.m. To make matters worse, the staff called out the wrong name about 25 minutes before the food was actually ready. When we asked about our order, we were told to come back in another 25 minutes, only to find out that it was indeed our order all along. Once we finally got our food, we discovered that the sauces were missing, and the breadsticks were smashed flat. When we asked for assistance, the crew member was unhelpful and even gave us trouble, insisting that we'd have to wait for a remake. I even asked if we could get the remake at a later date, but he wasn't interested in helping at all. I am a regular here and let me tell you, Epic Wings has the best staff. They always greet me, they make conversation, and they care. Not just the employees are great, but the food is so good. No matter what mood im in for food, their food always sounds good to me. The chicken is always cooked right, and the fries aren't ever cold. They also make rice Krispy treats and cookies that are BOMB. 10/10. Not to mention it's so clean in the building. it's decorated always for the holidays too and always is the best hang out spot. My kids order epic fries around 9:15pm and they were closing at 9:30. When they got home to eat the food, the fries and the chicken were so really salty that we couldn't eat it. So I called the manager and the manager said yes, they accidentally put a lot of salt so then she gave me the owner's email to see if they can make a new order for us or refund us. After emailing the owner, the owner asked me for the receipt's and order number for the Epic Fries and that they will investigate. I had already threw them in the trash the same night because they were closed by the time we got home. So I forwarded all the documents the owner asked for including my credit card statement showing the purchase and order number. The owner emails me back saying he's sorry but we can't do nothing and I should've brought the food back to them. I was never aware I had to bring back the food. I told him, so you want me to go get the food from the trash and bring it in the next day? He did not reply back to me anything and this is why I'm writing this review. Really bad customer service.
