The Cajun burger has got me rethinking my own burger ground recipe. Crushed it with the flavor and cook on my order. Maybe a tad over-salted, but otherwise perfection. This thing came to the table pleasantly smelling like smoke, grill and beef joined each other to make an aroma therapy bomb, beloved by carnivores and despised by vegans. I like the overall vibe here, screens and killer beach view...ADHD is happy y'all, so much to see! The staff were on point during our visit. The Hostess, server, food runner and bartender killed it. The Bloody Mary was very good. I think we might have found another spot to escape casino food when we stay in Biloxi. Will come back, excited to try more of the menu. read more

Why is it so low? Why do you hire people who don't care about the customers. We had Herchel. Or as I like to call him Mr. Unhappy. I hope ypu understand why I gave him such a low tip. His server skills are better set at a gas station. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. After being seated. The food was great. Had the Maui tacos and the wife had the chicken salad. Biloxi is one of my favorite places to visit. On this last trip, I visited Woody's Roadside. I found these pictures while looking through my phone and realized I had never left a review. The food was really tasty but I what I remember most was the server was very pleasant, helpful and patient and helped us select our meals. This place was so awesome I'm kinda sad we didn't discover it until our last day in town! Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended the frozen mango $6 margarita and it was really good! My husband got the plain lime on the rocks and it was better than the margaritaville margarita by miles. So impressive especially since it's only $6. We got the seafood nachos and split the mahi tacos and both were a solid 4/5 stars. Our son got the chicken bites and they were really good! Got back to our room and had a missing appetizer and the prime rib sandwich was overcooked when we requested medium rare. Called them and they offered to fix the error but we'd have to come back and get it but after 10 hrs on the road that was a no...so he offered to leave a note for the day staff so we can come in later and get it. The best nachos I've every had, using fresh ingredients and new twists on a classic, with generous amounts of shrimp and crawdads, and in-house made chips. Sweet, delicious, perfect. Being from California, we are used to avocado on dishes labeled as "California" but this one had none. On the contrary, I ordered the three sliders and they let me customize them by putting a different cheese on each one. Almost too fast. Hmmm, sign? The building is painted. So that's about all of the good points. The picky kid in our group took a bite of his plain cheeseburger, spit it out and said "no way". OK, we weren't surprised. Little boy that cries wolf and all. His dad tasted it and agreed it was indeed, bad. Then my son that does enjoy good food got past the fried egg flavors on his own burger not expecting anything nefarious, tasted the meat on his and said "oh yea, no way, that's horrible". I knew the game was afoot Watson. I tasted my son's burger and I don't know what it was but it wasn't good. I don't think it was horse meat as I didn't see any marks where a jockey beat it but I couldn't rule it out. Maybe it was mixed with some out of date meat or possibly dog food as a filler. We should've left when we first arrived and walked past a table that just had nachos delivered and the cheese smelled funky. I do believe it was the nachos I smelled and not the people. My wife's quesadilla was OK although it had a lot of Jalapenos on it. My Ribeye was not a quality cut. Ordered medium-well but arrived over-well done with a scoop of garlic butter put on a bad steak to mask bad flavors, techniques & life decisions. It appeared as it was par cooked previously and thrown back on the heat and overdid it. Asparagus was limp and likely also cooked hours ago. The garlic mashed potatoes were just plain mashed potatoes and not spectacular. Just a poor example. We're not the type to complain and try to get a free meal. But we'll never be fooled twice. With the food this bad... you know what you did and I hope you realize how wrong it is soon. We won't go back due to the PTSD of our first experience. We just couldn't bear it. I think we're past the point of getting food poisoning really bad like JJ did a couple months ago but we're still talking about how horrible it was and still queasy the next day. In the area and was in the mood for a burger. So I yelped it and this place came up with pretty decent reviews and some not, but I decided to try anyways. First off it was a wait which wasn't bad, the service was fast and the food came out at a reasonable time. I tired the hangover burger and my burger wasn't burnt compared to some of the other reviews. I graciously declined and let him know I'm driving all these kids. He pushed a few more times and actually said, "come in, let me twist your arm". No worries, I realize he was trying to increase the bill for a bigger tip. Our waiter was attentive enough, not bad at all, but not anything special either. He did the job at hand, and that is what matters. The food was ok. We had the steak nachos for an appetizer and they were pretty good. The only thing I would change is the fact they put the cheese and beans on the very bottom. When you get down to the bottom layer of chips, it's a big gooey mess of melted cheese and beans with not enough chips. We were tempted to ask for a basket of chips, but didn't. Most of us ordered burgers, one person ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich, and another ordered chicken quesadillas. All were pretty good. All too much food and hard to finish. She is clearly new and did not get proper training. Not her fault at all. She's a sweet person.
