While I was waiting for my food, I watched staff repeatedly walk back and forth between different work areas without washing their hands. Watching people handle food without following basic hygiene practices was honestly disgusting and made me lose confidence in the cleanliness of the restaurant. What upset me the most was that a fresh batch of chicken was coming out of the fryer, and instead of serving it to the customers who were waiting, the employees openly said the chicken was "for the workers" and that customers couldn't have it because they were saving it for themselves. As a paying customer, that made absolutely no sense. Customers should always come first, especially when they're the ones paying for fresh food. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and apparent disregard for food safety were unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management reviews the cameras, addresses these issues with the staff, and makes sure employees understand that customers should never be treated this way.
