I ordered a 3 piece meal to go, I live about 5 minutes away, by the time I got home to eat it, fries are hard, chicken tenders are light in color with most of the batter falling off. Why can't the owner/ manager hire and train employees that know what they're doing? It's sad that we as customers are going there to buy lunches/ dinners which is not cheap, and end up throwing most of it away because it's either not well done, old or cold! This is it.. How do you mess up a Caniac Combo? It's literally the simplest menu ever chicken, fries, toast, and sauce. That's it. Not a complicated order, not a massive menu, just chicken fingers. And somehow, I was missing TWO pieces of chicken. TWO! For the price of this combo, that's ridiculous. It's really not that hard to count chicken, y'all. The part that really gets me? It wasn't even busy. Literally just me and one other car in the drive thru. It's not like they were slammed or short staffed during a lunch rush. So what went wrong? Counting to six too advanced? Need a calculator, an abacus, or maybe a "Finger Counter" app? Because seriously it's chicken fingers. What makes this even more disappointing is that Cane's has never failed me before. I've always had fresh food, friendly service, and the order right every single time. This is the first time I've ever left feeling annoyed. When your whole business is built on doing one thing and doing it right, you expect the basics to be perfect. I shouldn't have to open my box and feel like I'm playing "how many tenders did I get today?" So I received a gift card for Christmas for $30 and activated and had a page showing the amount I had on the card. Upon arrival I tried to pay my total which was $33 and some change. The two gentleman in line tried to help me but were unable to swipe the card. I went ahead and went online and came to the window to speak to the cashier and she advised me there was no balance on my card. I asked the cashier again if he was able to check and he said the same thing. I then asked for a manager to speak to and he was of no help as well. They referred me to a number for help but this number was not answering phone calls at the time. Very horrible customer service on their end and I won't be returning anytime soon. I've only had Cane's a couple of times when it was served at work meetings. We don't have Cane's in my neighborhood, but I wish we did because I like the food. The chicken fingers are fried but not greasy, which is a plus, and I love the Cane sauce that comes with it. I even liked the coleslaw (tried it once), something that typically repulses me. I'm assuming the fries are really good because they're always first to get devoured and I never get any. I can't say anything about service, etc. but there are never any complaints at our meetings when Cane's is the lunch option. read more

This is a new Cane's that opened up in south gate. The exterior of the property is well maintained. There is no indoor dinning however dining is limited however available. Customer Service was beyond friendly at both windows. Erin took my order and Francisco passed our food. However, he was highly friendly, polite I give him 5 stars ! The manager was awesome he seen me taking photos wondered if anything was wrong. I mentioned I'm doing a review and asked him for the employees names. As others mentioned before if you have time to spare go, I went without reading the reviews and big mistake. There was about 4 cars in front of me and the security mentioned how both lanes were open to go on the next lane as it had less cars. Literally no one taking the orders there and as others cars followed me we were about 6 cars on each lane. I had to get out to ask the lady if anyone was taking orders on the second lane and with an attitude she told me she was gonna assist after. A lady from Two cars behind me got their food but was stuck as she had 4 cars ahead of her (me including) who hadn't even order. It's just a mess, I'll say if you go have a positive attitude because as I'm sure even the employees are annoyed at this issues. read more

This Canes just opened and it is so busy! The food was really good as you would expect from any Raising Cane's but I did notice the fries portion was smaller than usual. I think that the reason the portions are smaller is because of how busy they are and are trying to portion out to not sell out. The location is not a great place since drive through is crazy! What I did was order ahead on the app to avoid the long wait and even then I arrived when the food should have been ready and they did not have my food ready. It seems they don't prepare your order until you arrive which is good so you won't have a soggy bun and fries. Overall I'm happy with the place and I can't wait to be a regular here! read more

We had went through the drive-thru and took our food to go. When we brought it home we were disappointed. The fries were cold, the bread was soggy and the sodas were not flavored. We had ordered three different kinds (Sprite, Diet Coke, and regular Coke). All three were soda with no flavor. They were awful. We tried to be helpful and call to let the manager on duty know. I was looking forward to the location opening for several months since it's close to my house and the nearest Canes was the Downey location which is a drive. Their location however is VERY small compared to the Downey location. It's a small building on a small lot. It's also on a busy street corner and the drive-thru blocks an entire lane, causing traffic and blocking others from making a right turn. As expected, the wait was long due to having just opened and the multiple cars and big groups of people ordering. We waited an hour in the drive-thru our first time ordering here and then 30 minutes when we ordered ahead our second time going. The employees are doing the best they can to serve everyone. The wait was long but well worth it because of the great experience LATANYA provided. She was very attentive of everyone and greeted them all as they came into the line. She thanked everyone for waiting patiently and checked on individuals orders when she saw they were still waiting, without them even having to ask her.
