I was working in the area and I saw employees constantly cleaning up both the inside and outside area all morning. I ordered a sausage & egg McMuffin via the app and picked it up in-store. I needed to use the restroom and asked one of the employees for the code and they just said to go ahead and head in. There was no code on the door, but I think the employee must have pushed a button under the counter to let me in. The restroom was very clean, no weird smells, I decided to eat my breakfast in the dining area and it was actually a very pleasant experience. The place was pretty full, but for some reason they were blasting classical music, Serenata Notturna in D, K.239: III. Rondeau. (Allegretto-Adagio-Allegro). Even though it was full of people inside, the classical music made it feel calm and peaceful inside which is the exact opposite of what's happening outside of this building. There's a lot happening at Kenneth Hahn plaza and the security team is definitely doing their best to keep things moving so it's pretty cool that I can retreat to this McDonald's and have a peaceful moment. While eating my breakfast they were mopping the dining area too! I would definitely order from here again and dine-in versus drive-thru. read more

I visit this McDonald's every weekday to grab a coffee through the mobile app, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Even though I place my order 15-20 minutes before arriving, it's still takes 30 plus minutes after check in for someone to bring out my coffee. At first, I was patient, assuming it was just a busy morning rush. But after weeks of the same issue, I began asking why it was taking so long. Instead of addressing the problem, the store manager repeatedly blamed me, saying it was because I didn't enter the curbside number. I've explained multiple times that I do every it correctly- it is not that difficult to enter the correct number- and there's simply nothing else to input on the app. Despite this, she continues to insist that it's not my fault. Several of my coworkers have the exact same experience at this location. The manager has now began canceling my mobile orders, which also cause the app's daily discount to be marked as 'used,' meaning I cannot reapply them that day. I am only ordering one coffee a day and this is the behavior for one coffee? This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. The store manager's behavior is unprofessional, dismissive, and quite frankly- pathetic over a coffee. Until management changes or staff takes responsibility for fixing these ongoing concerns, this McDonald's location will continue to hold poor reviews. read more

Well my cell battery ran out staff was not or decides not to let me find a place to charge my cell to pay for my child's meal. I have had different issues with this McDonald's. I would order a large meal but be given a medium drink, then they would say that I ordered it that way. I started saying larges meal with a large drink, and they would still give me a medium drink and claim that is how it ordered it.
