They have gone up everywhere, but for a few slices of beef and some rice noodles $18 is a bit steep. The service has gone way down too. The staff was friendly and came and took our order quickly but the rest of the meal they were no where to be found. They didn't come by to top up our waters or offer more hot water for our tea. I'm not sure what is happening to the service industry it seems the same thing is happening to most restaurants I used to love going to. So disappointing.
