Joseph at the self-checkout and Diane in the cosmetics department both demonstrated exemplary customer service. They each took the initiative to assist me, and I sincerely appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone when you need assistance, but on this particular day, they noticed I could use a hand and stepped in without hesitation. Their thoughtfulness and genuine care made my shopping experience so much easier. Words can't fully express my gratitude. Joseph and Diane are outstanding examples of what excellent customer service should look like, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve.

You know how you may have insurance if your not paying attention the cashiers will not look to billing your insurance but will try to charge you for the cost of your meds. Without even looking at or up to see what your insurance will cover. They will attempt to charge you instead. As for the new layout an format of the pharmacy, if your gonna have 4-5 checkout spots, well then get more people at those spots. The last few weeks ive been there since their change. Its been like 10 to 15 guest in line an only One cashier its like really! Com'on guys, new look same shit. Sorry but not sorry.

Village Pharmacy is the opposite. They answered the phone promptly, processed me in-person quickly, answered my questions patiently, were friendly and knowledgeable. They accurately estimated the time to fill the scripts, and I got an automated text once the scripts were ready. They do compounding as well - they are a real pharmacy, not a chain of pill counters. I will definitely go here for all my prescriptions in Incline Village going forward.

I have been getting all my prescriptions here for the last 17 years. They are friendly and family owned. They have always done a good job with filling my prescriptions and provide counselling as needed in a professional and user friendly manner. The main negative as there is often delay in getting my prescriptions filled. They are a small operation and they tend to get backlogged at times. There is sometimes a wait for them to get a new prescription filled. There have also been some glitches with insurance, but they always try to get it worked out. The store itself is quaint with a nice array of decorative and gift items as well as the usual over the counter drugs and medical supplies, cosmetics, toys, and school and office supplies. It is a great little store and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Look- the pharmacy is BUSTING at the seams, but you know what? I have flu A and was about to pass out waiting for my prescriptions. I asked very nicely if they could PLEASE help me because I was about to pass out and they got my prescription out 10 minutes later. I'm sure there were thousands of prescriptions to be filled, but I was there, ready to pay, waiting, and NICE! Kindness can go along way. This store is so busy at peak hours. I went to this CVS with my friend to buy a Plus One Adult Toy. We were trying to find a worker, as…read moreit was locked up and it was awkward enough to have to go up to a man to ask him to unlock it for us, he was extremely rude to my friend who asked him. He acted as if we were a burden and had extreme attitude. After he unlocked the case for the toy, he brought it up to his coworker at the checkout and started speaking in another language and was waving it around and laughed. It was extremely uncomfortable and dehumanizing. The worker who checked us out, though, was kind and professional and didn't say anything back to the rude worker. I was already having a bad and stressful day, and being embarrassed by my local CVS was not helping.
