What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service from Kim Kilroy. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the store. She took the time to answer my questions, point me in the right direction, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It's refreshing to receive such genuine, attentive service these days. Kim is a true asset to the Grass Valley CVS team, and I'll definitely be back!

I have a bad hip with no where to sit. I thought I was going to pass out. Now thankfully all my prescriptions are delivered to me from an online pharmacy. But now when I try to get refills for my one prescription, I picked up the one time at Walgreens for my much needed diabetic sensors. WALGREENS is still filling it and preventing my online pharmacy to send them to me Walgreens have not taken me out of their computer for over two years I requested it. so this is pretty frustrating !!! They do free deliveries and they also host community gatherings such as movie night, cooking for the community, and so forth, and you don't even have to be a part of their Pharmacy. I asked him why does he go so big and beyond for the small city and he says he was raised here and wants to give back. What an awesome person. I'm switching pharmacies today, other patients advised me they always get their medication's on time and never have a problem.
