This location is on downhill very quickly. The men's room is in shambles with dirt going up and down the wall+ only one working bathroom sink in the large stall. There is even an empty hand sanitizer container next to the two non-working sinks. The floor is dirty all throughout the store. They did not have any individual bottles of Zephyrhills water or many other popular products often purchased at convenience stores. The self-checkout thing where you place your products Is dirty and needs to be wiped down. I feel like this place won't be in business too much longer. read more

Whatever the case, my experience albeit quick, was pretty good. Yes, it was busy but it was the middle of the day, gas prices are good, and its a GAS STATION! If there weren't people I'd be suspicious. The restroom was super clean and the clerk was neither rude or overly friendly. This is a newer Circle K, located on the corner of a very busy intersection. Its possibly the largest Circle K that I've ever seen, and yet they are always out of many Polar Pop supplies. Plus, the cashier lines are often long because they're usually understaffed here. But, I pass by here frequently, so I end up stopping often for a Polar Pop &/or gas. Their gas prices are usually right on par with the average price in the area, and they have A LOT of pumps, so waiting is never an issue. The parking lot is large, with access to a side street, so re-entry onto EB or WB 5th Avenue is a breeze. read more

This place is probably the cleanest gas station within a square mile. It also happens to be one of the nicest located very close to where I live. The problem is that it is staffed very poorly. That being said, there does seem to be some improvement, The staff was so terrible when I went inside a couple of weeks ago that I was forced to rate it one star. I have decided to upgrade to 2 stars because on my most recent visit the staff was better. It was very very busy, both then and now, but the staff was friendly and more importantly, they really hustled to make the line move quickly. A couple of weeks ago, that was my major complaint, not hustle. It seemed like the staff intentionally slowed down. It was pathetic! This time, the staff hustled to move the line. They had good customer service and big smiles (well 3/4 working at the counter did. and one of the three probably should have smiled less). It is also worth noting that there is a beer cave. I have never ran into any problems with the stock, they have never been out of anything I needed. The staff still has a long way to go if they are going to compete with the quality of Racetrac on 22nd Street. So I will continue to frequent that gas station and convenience store over this one when I have the time/gas to drive the extra distance. But there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the staff from my last visit, so they deserve two stars. read more

DO NOT go to this gas station!!! THEY ARE STEALING LOTTERY WINNINGS from customers. I attempted to redeem lottery tickets and was verbally attacked by the clerk. I asked to see the lottery screen and she threw her hands up and stated she was not going to even answer that question as if the inquiry offended her. Well she was at work and I was a customer who spent money on lottery and therefore I have every right to ask about my winnings and results. I was just in the store, spilled some soda on counter. Went to get napkins to clean up my spill there were napkins in any of the holders. I went to the register area, the manager was coming out of area where supplies are kept. I asked him for some napkins to clean up the mess. His reply was there were no napkins in the store he became very rude with me. He also said he did not have anything to use. I said that he was the manager and I needed something, his response was "I DON'T WORK HERE! " At that time I cursed him due to the lack of help from him and his attitude. So glad they built this gigantic gas station/convenience store here. It's usually quite busy when I take a walk down here to grab something to drink. It's right on the way to I-75 so they picked the right spot. Only 79 cents for any size fountain drink is a bargain, plus they've got plenty of munchies and sandwiches. An attendant was holding the door open for people when I walked in yesterday evening, so felt welcome. They had three people cashiering so got out quickly. As a customer, this store is always highly annoying. It's very busy and they are always understaffed. So expect long lines, dangerously busy parking lot, a few unprofessional associates who like to eat hot dogs while on the register. I was a general manager for a large convenience store chain up north and so from a managers perspective, the store has a difficult and confusing layout, checkout counter placement is not conducive to the store entrance. Aisles poorly stocked and tagged, associates handling roller grills while not wearing gloves, dirty counters, trash overflowing out of receptacles. I have never been adventurous enough to try using their restrooms so I don't know about that. This location is also a not so great part of town and there's always hustlers outside begging you for something. I've been here many times and have never seen or observed a manager, or anyone capable of the position anyway. This will be the last time I go. read more
