We found this location yesterday on our way home from Partridge Creek and decided to stop in to look around. This is a nice location and the individuals here are extremely friendly and helpful, anxious to assist us and talk to us all about the place. While to me the clothing is a bit pricey, they had a massive amount of sale item racks plus an extra 25% off the entire store which made it very enticing. Their clothing does have a reputation to be quality and long lasting so we bought a couple pairs of leggings to start and a shirt for my husband. We will see if their items live us to their claims and I will probably look there again in the future for more clothing. While the style is on the plain and simple side, they have a lot of cute stuff and nice basics.

I had some trouble wheeling my mom into the store. The poor ol' building is set aside pretty much all by itself with no other real shops nearby. Everything is neatly arranged. Mom and I each selected one item to purchase but the line was not only long but there was just one cashier who took a lot of time to ring and bag things up. With people ahead of us with plenty of items in their carts we decided to abandon our items and not purchase them. My one beef, and this could just be a me thing that really gets on my nerves, is the entire 45 minutes that we were there someone was vacuuming in this small store. OMG, in that small of a space it sounded like a friggin leaf blower. It rattled my nerves after 20 minutes and I couldn't wait to get out of there! We were there on a Saturday at 1pm - you would think they would blare that vacuum during a more opportune time, like before the store closed. Because it is a smaller store, I swear to God, the vacuum followed me where mom and I decided to look. It was awful, I thought I'd shift sides from the machine and look at women's jeans and dang if she didn't come down that isle with her ear-shattering vacuum. OK, enough about the vacuum, right? I use a mobility scooter…read more While they do have automatic doors, the button on the inside door is so far back in the alcove, that I hit it and could not get turned around before the door closed. There were many areas that I was not able to get to. The socks, which is what I came for, are on a wall at the back of the clearance area. The floor was so covered in merchandise and the displays were so close together, that I could not get near them. The clothing aisles were all diagonal and impossible to navigate. Lastly, and most upsetting to me, my daughter and I were checking out at the same time and her cashier was really pleasant, greeted her warmly and kept up a stream of converation, but the one that waited on me was rude and barely spoke. I can't say for sure that this was due to my disability, but what else am I to think? Evidently Rei doesn't care for disabled people. Or maybe they think that people with disabilities do not need active merchandise, so they don't have to cater to them. Either way it was sad to be treated negatively just because I have to use a scooter to get around.
