From costume jewelry, shoes, purses, clothing, and more. This is a perfect store for a homecoming, prom, or other special event and you need some bold and fancy jewelry. I wouldn't say that the store is good for staple pieces or every day wear. As I mentioned the style is very glam. Dare I say it falls on the gaudy side? A few pieces here and there are great to buy, but if you bought every single piece and wore it at once, I think it would be a bit too much and too loud. Again, unless that is your style then go for it! Staff are usually friendly. Their exchange and return policy isn't that great. However, I was able to return a Christmas gift that I received and was able to get store credit on a gift card. They also have a rewards program. But be warned if you pay with a gift card and your out-of-pocket cost isn't high enough, then you can't get loyalty reward points for it. A tiny area is in the back for clearance. They also have dressing rooms to try on clothing. Overall it's a fun store to visit, but depends on your taste and what exactly you are looking to buy.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. The staff is super helpful. You can tell they love their job! I told her what I was looking for and both women immediately started hunting. They came up with a beautiful earring and necklace set. I wish I had gotten the bracelet too. It's really great quality. The necklace is actually heavy! I'm really bad at looking at prices when I shop so I was in for a bit of a surprise when they told me the total. This place is definitely not for the frugal. I was having some money issues at the time and swallowed hard and paid it because I was embarrassed. I figured I would go home and if I had buyer's remorse, I would return them. But I didn't. I kept the items and they have had a lot of use! But as I said,. Very hard on my jewelry. I broke one of the earrings. I was so sad. I went on line and tried to find a replacement set, but they don't make them anymore. I decided to go back to the store and see if maybe they had any left hidden somewhere. I was disappointed to find out they didn't. But then, as I was talking to them, they told me that they back their items and I could bring the earrings back in and they would send it back to the factory for repair. If they couldn't repair it, they would replace it. I was so happy! It took 6 weeks and I ended up getting a new set of earrings for free. This is good customer service and this will bring me back for all my jewelry needs. This makes the cost well worth it!

So I returned it directly to store since it was mistake somewhere along in receiving/shipping. It was a pricey item and I wanted to be sure I received the correct credit and return the blouse . The sales lady didn't want to process the item in the store and said I should mail in for credit and never apologized for the error or had any empathy. After insisting she try she said it would be difficult and probably not get through. The store wasn't busy, and another sales associate offered her help, she declined. finally she made the call. In the end she got through quickly and had my credit taken care of. Now I'm very hesitant to order on line or purchase from this store again.

Their Cards are too expensive and I can barely find any Mahogany theme cards. It's so hard to find a card with great inspirational reading inside. You are paying for all that additional glitter, the design on card and not the quality of poetry, poems and writing inside. You find the same thing for less and cheaper at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and rite aide drugstores.

Original Review: Got a suit here for a wedding alongside a few groomsman. None of our suits were tailored properly and all required multiple rounds of additional alternations that we were charged extra for. I was flying in from out of town, so I sent my measurements in over email. There was no attempt to alter my suit whatsoever and I had to wear it completely un-tailored. It did not fit me at all. I literally had to pin up the pants with safety pins and belt it aggressively to get it to fit.
