If a stroller cannot safely fit or maneuver in that area, I have a legitimate question about how someone using a wheelchair or walker would be expected to access and navigate that same space. I understand that there is a second entrance with a ramp, and I appreciate that information. However, accessibility is more than simply having a ramp to enter the building. Customers using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices should also be able to reasonably navigate the areas of the store that other customers can access. That was the concern behind my review.

Instead, she took almost an hour out of her day to ensure my daughter received the perfect cleats for her feet. The level of passion that she has for her job and for helping players find the exact tools they need reminded me of going shopping for camping gear with my dad as a kid, and the kind gentlemen that would gladly and enthusiastically talk to you for hours about every item on the shelf (and a few more that aren't). What I received from the sales person, Marilyn, was a classic sales push to sign up for the credit card. She didn't hear me when I said, I'm just looking and feeling close to my daughter. She clipped the shirt I was holding out of my hand and started a dressing room. Then by the time I went to the dressing room it was full of clothing picked out for me (which would have been nice if I had asked for it. Or wanted it.) but most of Marylin's questions were all about the credit card that she wanted me to "load it up" to get points. It was thoroughly icky feeling. I had a pair of the Venice joggers in my hand as I did like the fabric and they were comfortable. But Marylin kept pushing the credit card and when I finally told her firmly that I already have a credit card that I like to use for points she dropped me like a hot potato at the register, which no one was even standing at. I was like, um...I'm ready to buy these pants I didn't come in for when I realized, now's the chance--get out! So I didn't buy anything and I felt totally happy to leave. The exact opposite of how I felt when my feet had first entered. Sad day for sales. And really hope not everyone gets begged to sign up for a credit card.
