The lady who helped us was as sweet as could be. The gift shop is located on the first floor of the home and had everything from candy, wooden horse toys, Santa figures, books and more. We both bought Swedish candy and I was able to sit in the original owners rocking chair. Mike B. bought a lot of delicious sweets. We wanted to buy paper for an ART class, since the teacher from College suggested this store. After trying to located it ourselves without avail, since this woman made us feel uninvited and din't even ask if we needed help, I had to ask her, and she only pointed at the back wall. After picking what we needed, we paid for the papers, she didn't even smile and was very rude. The reason I am writing this review is because I feel that it is unfair for the owner to have people working for them that act like this. The only thing this woman achieved is for us, in the future, is to try to buy what we need somewhere else. People like this only deter buyers, and in the end, the owner is the only one losing clients.

I would not recommend purchasing a pre-lit Christmas tree here. I purchased mine in 2024, it…read moreworked great but in November when the tree was set up, I noticed the lights started to fail. I then reached out to the store to obtain the name of their manufacturer to find out the warranty only got the run around and was offered a $50 card to buy new lights. I didn't pay $600 to only use the tree once and have to string the lights myself. I did end up locating the warranty, which explores December 20 2026 but the manufacturer was also no help. I had 2 other trees purchases from a different company and those lights are still functioning after 8 yrs. Here is how my tree from At Home, most lights are out.
