The place is super packed but we were able to navigate well enough with strollers. But being packed to the gills just means it's that much more likely you'll find just the thing you're looking for. I ended up with a Swiftie t-shirt for my kiddo because my friend handed it to her and then she would not part with it. The employees were friendly and talkative, and one of them I think was the owner. I liked the store a lot and as I said, it's a great place for souvenirs. I don't live close to Geneva but that's the only reason I wouldn't shop here.
