Well.... haha As a straight man, shopping for women can be hard but my mind was put at ease when emily went out of her way to help me dispite how frustrating it was for me. Of course I said sure, because that sounded great and hassle free! Not only did my jeans never come, but I found out that the order had been cancelled a few days after they placed it for me. Apparently, they can order for you online, but there's no guarantee that it's not out of stock online as well. So basically, you "might" get it, even though they charge your card in store. This whole experience has been a complete nightmare, let's just say it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting to get reimbursed for that order. I've had to go back-and-forth with their customer relations 4 times now. When I went into the store for their help, they did not want to help me. They made me feel like this was my problem, which is not fair because they were the ones that convinced me. Not to mention, not once did they mention there was a chance that an order could get canceled at any point in the process. So long story short, IF I choose to shop there again, I will never have them order for me online. Awful customer service via store and phone... UPDATE: I never received a refund from American Eagle, but Chase fixed the problem real fast once I contacted them. I will never shop there again.

I decided to give it another shot and stopped in yesterday. The store was stocked much better than the last time. The women's clothing was definitely a miss, but my bf actually found a lot of good stuff in the men's section. The vibes were still giving Goodwill a little bit, but I think this is partially due to their color scheme and the way they display their items. The checkouts here are a bit of a maze to get to, and the large plexiglass shields at the registers were extremely inefficient. The counter was very small and the plexiglass had a slot about the size you would see at a bank counter to slide your items through for the cashier to ring up. My boyfriend had about 5 shirts and we had to slide them thru one by one as she rang each one up because there wasn't enough space.

I don't mind too much though because sometimes it's easier to find things. The area where they store the drive-up orders has slowly expanded into the women's clothing area, so it tends to feel cramped and can be a little difficult getting through with a cart. Otherwise, the staff here are always nice and helpful, and the store itself is pretty clean. Wish there were more stores in this plaza aside from Target, I think it would draw in more business at this location.
