I washed it one time. The zipper broke. On a zip hoodie, that's the whole garment. I can't wear it, and it isn't something I can fix myself. I didn't want to make this a thing. I called, I emailed, and I used the live chat, and each time I asked whether there was anything you could do -- a repair, a replacement zipper, a tailor you work with, anything at all. The answer was no every time. Nobody offered me a case number or a next step. I understand that a zipper can fail. Manufacturing isn't perfect and I wasn't expecting perfection. What I was expecting was that when something goes wrong in the first week on a $200 piece, the company that made it would want to make it right. That's what the price is supposed to mean. The hard part isn't the money. It's that every time I see it hanging in my closet I think about my sister spending more than she should have, on something I can't wear, from a company that wouldn't help. I'd rather she'd bought me a $40 hoodie that worked.

We…read morehave been to Athleta before but so much of our time in store was being bombarded by staff members trying to sell us the store credit card, it made us not want to come back. My wife likes the clothes so we tried one more time and we had two gals helps us, Leslie and Lacey. Leslie helped us in the changing rooms and she briefly mentioned the credit card but most of our conversation felt genuine as she cared about finding the right items. Lacey then checked us out at the cash register and we had such a warm and authentic conversation with her. Right before we paid she mentioned the credit card and its benefits but when we made it clear we weren't interested she didn't push it and continued with the authentic caring conversation we were having before. I don't know what this company's push is for a credit card but it has been annoying in our past experiences and this time, with Leslie and Lacey not being forceful about the card but genuine and kind with our whole shopping time, we'd be more excited to return in the future. A quality experience and I hope this company stops pushing their workers to sell a credit card more than be good at customer service.

I come here because it is one of the few places outside of Lubbock that sells whole coffee beans from Monomyth Coffee, which is some of my favorite coffee ever. I stopped in yesterday to buy two bags that were both on sale in a flavor I really enjoy. The woman working at the shop remembered me from my previous visit when I bought coffee beans back in November. Great customer service at the Daytripper HQ. There are 3 or 4 separate areas you can visit and they have things from locally made earrings and art to coasters, desk plates, rubber ducks of famous people, religious candles with random famous people, funny socks, clothes, and so much more. The staff is friendly and outgoing, they even had a woman at the door greeting you and offering you a hand basket if you wanted or needed one. There were 3 or 4 cashiers and at least one lady walking around greeting you and seeing if they could help. It is pricier then your chain store but the products are cooler, unique, and many times locally made. Things you can't get at other stores or amazon. Like so many places, it's one downside is parking. It is a small lot, if you part in front you basically have to back in to spot blocking traffic or back out into traffic. There is a small side lot that is better but you basically have to 3 point turn out of that spot. Always willing to pay a bit more to support local. We don't get out of our area/comfort zone much but we do love this place. #Supportlocal

For example, there were a lot of ICE based items tucked away as well as current celebrity crushes who are on everybody's minds. The coolest thing I found was a James Talarico candle but other than that, a lot of the items that were for sale were pretty kitschy and I believe they are the same wholesale items I have seen before. I must shoutout the incredibly helpful service from Audrey who went above and beyond to help me find items for my friend's birthday. She was super sweet, and I would've been wandering around the store aimlessly if it wasn't for her direction. Additionally, she even came up with combination gift ideas which was pretty sick. Atown is lucky to have her! I think my PTSD is no longer because of her assistance. Great store, unfortunately high prices. However, no one does it like Atown!

I was tailgating with a bunch of Philadelphia Eagles fans and they were asking me if I had any sweaters for them. Makes for a great conversation piece. Also, I loved the fit! In the past, I have worn jerseys that were oversized (because I thought it was cool). Admittedly, I was somewhat skeptical about wearing a "sweater" to a game. But it was great!
